Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London

Four night stay at my wife's conference at the hotel. The location is excellent near Westminster and Big Ben with very busy tourist pedestrian and bus traffic. Our room was not generous in size but OK. Upon check-in they asked if we opt for second day cleaning service for environmental reasons. We accepted and were rewarded with two bottles of wine. Unfortunately cleaning did not happen on the second day but the third day. Another issue with this hotel relates to lack of sound proofing. We could hear children running in the corridors and people singing two or three doors away.

Perfect for families and young ones first trip to London, the location and view were phenomenal of Westminster and the pool, sauna and steam a lovely bonus!

We’re picky, but we’re impressed by this place. It’s bustling and efficient and well-situated; rooms were nicely appointed and spacious. The location is fantastic. There’s a reason this is full of air crews, business groups and families. Taking off one point for erratic service — desk said they’d text when our room was ready, but didn’t; housekeeping made the beds but didn’t clear away half-finished teacups or take wet towels off the chair. But I’d still stay here again anytime.

Great hotel for families. Staff were super friendly and helped us check in early as we had children who had been travelling all day. Room was super comfy and facilities were excellent

Great location for a family vacation. Close to the Thames, London Eye and Westminster. Easily walkable to 2 Tube stations. Hotel room was updated, spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Second time at the Park Plaza Westminster bridge and not the last time! Location is perfect! The suite 1-king is great for 2 adults and 2 children (6 & 9 yo). We’ve arrived earlier than expected, our room wasn’t ready but they’ve assigned us a ready one of the same level. Our daughters have loved the breakfast too!

Negative: Could have been better. I traveled with my family with kid. Room is small, poor cleanliness and broken amenities like phone. Some staffs are rude. Positive: easy access to transportation, and surroundings.

Great stay. Uograded room. Fold down beds are a bit worn and uncomfortable for adults but fine for kids. Had to get a mattress swapped as it looked “funky” but staff were more than happy to replace. Got a nice upgrade upon request too. Location wise you can’t get much better. Ideal location to all the sights. Would definitely stay again.

I was booked in for a spa treatment and the spa staff were awful. It was my birthday and I was with a friend and the lady didn’t address me, look at me or acknowledge me for the first 5 mins we were there. She ignored us when we said I had a treatment booked too and then once she finally answered me when I said I had a treatment she said my name wrong three times. Just really disrespectful. My friend got a salt scrub and the lady that did her treatment was behaving like she didn’t want to be there, rolling her eyes, sighing etc. I never usually leave reviews but the attitude in the spa was AWFUL. We also got a noise complaint in the pool when laughing but a full family comes in with screaming children and they weren’t told to keep it down? and to top it off the we stayed room came with a broken cupboard door that wasn’t mentioned… definitely wouldn’t stay here again. I actually checked out early.

Lovely size room for family. Great friendly staff. Perfect location on southbank to walk to so many places. Our second time here, will come again for sure
