The hotel room was disappointingly cramped, and the bathroom had a persistent odour issue. The outdated TV added to the outdated feel of the room. Additionally, there was a lack of essential amenities such as slippers and toothbrushes. Even though the room was suggested as suitable for two adults and a child up to 12 years old, the bed provided was surprisingly small. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations. However, it is worth noting that the staff was friendly and hospitable, which added a positive touch to the stay.

Rooms seems not in good maintenance for the aircon. Rooms is clean. bed is clean and comfy. But air con is filled with thick old dusts clogging the filters. i washed the aircon filters and dry it before putting it back for the sake of my family health.

The room was basic, sockets in awkward places tiny shelf beside bed which wouldn’t hold a book and a glass at the same time. Bathroom plastic and more like in a caravan. Very little useful surfaces. Twin beds narrow - only really suitable for small children. Only supplied 1 towel each and a bath mat - no hand towels both myself and my daughter have long hair so a nightmare to dry. Shower banged and gurgled when the neighbouring room flushed their toilet. So woke a few times over night. View from window was off pipes and bricks but had zero expectations anyway. All the negatives were forgotten though as the staff were lovely friendly, and helpful both at breakfast and at the bar in the evening. They were a pleasure to chat to and a credit to ibis. Food at breakfast as expected but good enough for us to choose to eat there all three days. So worth the £11.50.

Stay with my son aged 3 for few days. The location is convenient, close to Southwark station and can walk around 10 mins to Waterloo station. Travelling With a toddler kids, we always had our dinner in hotel room or the restaurant in nearby. There are many different cuisines, such as Japanese, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Korean , Indian, Italian, etc. The staffs in hotel are nice and friendly. They always have a friendly smiles, room is clean and the lighting is bright enough
