Andaz London Liverpool Street - a concept by Hyatt

My host Sam was wonderful. However, from the moment I checked in, there were a number of mistakes like how I’m celebrating an anniversary when I’m not, and how I requested to have a baby cot in my room when I didn’t. Sam took the initiative to confirm those details with me and that’s when I told him that I did not make those requests. I thought it was well noted, however when I left my room for about 15 mins to step out to buy something, I returned and there was a baby cot in my room. Staff had entered my room without permission and placed the baby cot in there. I immediately called reception to have it removed. The next morning, a cleaner entered my room without any warning when I was partially undressed. She apologised immediately and said that the staff told her that the room was empty. This stay at Andaz was a big letdown, unfortunately.

Wonderful stay at Andaz. Welcoming staff, comfortable room in a great location. And the smell as you walk into reception is gorgeous! We stayed in this hotel twice we loved it so much, at the start and end of our holiday to break up our journey. The hotel staff were so friendly with our 6 year old son, they made a fuss of him on his birthday and made our family feel welcome. We are already trying to think of excuses to return! It's not a cheap hotel of course, but it's worth the price we paid for the comfort and service you get and where it is placed.

Your staff were extremely welcoming and friendly food was excellent we had a fabulous day/night with you you know your doing a great job when you have two very happy children with you that don’t want to go home !! The only negative was sick stains on pavement but as your in a major city I guess it’s something that can’t be helped. Thank you so much for a fabulous time

We had a wonderful stay at the andaz. The location was super convenient for transit, shopping, and dining. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating of our young children. We will be back!

The rooms are thoughtfully designed and incredibly spacious. Wonderfully gracious staff. Love the design and interiors - a great contrast to the historical bones of the building. The location is perfect room for transport and exploring by foot. A new go to for our family.

Great location and very nice hotel. A little long of a wait to have room ready- but overall it was an excellent accommodation for a family trip.

We loved our stay here! Welcome staff, great location close to the tube. We had a huge room, lots of space for us as a family! Loved the extra touches such as snacks and Nespresso machine! We would stay again!
