Apex London Wall Hotel

Lovely staff who were very polite and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Checking in and out was seamless. I will definitely be booking with them again in future and would recommend to family and friends.

I had never stayed at the Apex London Wall before and happened upon it by chance when booking a last minute weekend break, but what a find. From the moment we walked in the hotel team were excellent, check in was smooth and friendly as we were welcomed by Jose who got things off to a great start by telling us we’d been given a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite. The room was a corner suite which was immaculate and a pleasure to stay in, all areas very clean with no signs of wear and tear which is often the case in London hotels I find. We had a quick bite and drinks in the bar area and were looked after by the lovely Nico whose friendly service and cocktail making skills were very appreciated. As a quick tip, go for the apple tart, you won’t regret it… Set near the financial district it’s in a very quiet location, ok it was the weekend, but we slept soundly and didn’t hear any noise at all. So great location, facilities and above all the staff who are a real credit to the hotel made this a fantastic stay.

Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Due to road closures, it was hard to find on the first day, since we were driving. We liked that it was close to the tube and many buses, and walkable to dining and fun areas within 15 minutes. The staff at the restaurant (Bianca and Abegail) were amazing to my family every morning at breakfast.

Staff were very friendly and were keen to ensure that my family's stay was a good one. The room - we stayed in a Junior Suite - was very comfortable, modern and had nice touches. Dining options around the hotel are very limited on weekends, due to the location of the hotel being in the City of London.

Great location, walking distance of the Tower of Lindon, Tower Bridge and the Gerkin building. I would recommend to family and friends.
