This is the 2nd time weve stayed in this hotel and it was great again. Parking is £15 for 24 hours in the hotel car park. It's a short walk to the DLR with great links to the city. Rooms are really comfortable. We stayed in 608 which has a doublebed and a double sofa bed so plenty big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Great breakfast with lots of options. My only critisms about the breafast would be the scrambled egg was watery and the mushrooms were boiled rather than fried, which was not nice. I would definitely come back.

Great Hotel with friendly staff. Location is a little bit off but communications are good. Only minor things on the negative side such as no hairdryer in the bathroom and no minifridge. We had a familyroom but it felt no bigger than an ordinary room.

Brilliant long weekend with family - far enough from central so it feels a bit more calm but close enough that you can access the sights. Good breakfast included with hot and cold options including a waffle maker. Teresa in particular was so friendly to my young daughter. Thank you!
