From the moment we stepped inside Sham and Din made us feel very welcome. The kids were so excited to be there, and loved the cookies given to them. Thank you for lovely stay, we will definitely be back.

We were made welcome on arrival and service throughout our stay was excellent. Would recommend for families. Short walk to DLR, 20 minutes into central London.

The only area and manager that really made us feel welcome and care was the restaurant on our breakfast time. Staff on the desk not helpful, our room’s view was the car park. When I requested for a exchange, I was told all the family rooms have the same view? Ridiculous!! I didn’t sleep all night as the bed was very uncomfortable and noisy, it made my back injuries worse. I will not stay there ever again!!
