Clean and tidy. Easy check in. Room made up nicely even the sofa bed, which was appreciated. Shower and bathroom were well situated. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed would probably be best for two small children or one adult. Tea and hot water kettle in room. Breakfast was usual hotel quality, lots of options though. The yogurt with compote and granola was good. Luggage storage appreciated for the day. Overall good hotel. Great location for Watford junction and Harry Potter Studio visit.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Electric was off for a short while when we arrived, however the GM explained all and was very accommodating. We were a family of 4 (youngest child advised was 17) and requested two double beds. The 2nd double bed was a sofa bed which takes one adult at best. So I slept on cushions on the floor. Make sure the 2nd double is actually a double. Other than that a pleasant stay.

Came in for 2 nights to do the London sights before going to visit family . Everybody at the hotel was very friendly . We were greeted and helped at the bar by Abi , we were very impressed by her knowledge, her friendly demeanor and her can do attitude. We found out the second day she was a trainee, ( she will go far ) Rooms were clean and comfortable . Breakfast was a serve yourself buffet with ALL of the english staples . We enjoyed the hotel so much we are staying here tonight again on our way out of the country . We would highly recommend this hotel for any length of stay ..

When we first arrived we could not fault the place.. but we went for dinner on the last night at the hotel restaurant and waited over an hour for food then when it came it was cold and items were missing, was told didnt have certain items on that night yet saw another customer with the item. Then ordered desert and waited another 40 mins for the desert to arrive. With an autistic child and it being her birthday was really dissapointing. The room was really cold and no clear instructions on how to turn the heating up,only the air con instructions. The extra guest bed was very uncomfortable and hard. Dissapointing overall.

The staff really make this hotel. They are all so friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay! Our family room was nice and spacious and everything was spotlessly clean. The shower door was a bit stiff to close but the shower itself was powerful and hot! The hotel is perfectly placed for Watford Junction Station and the overground takes about 45 mins to Euston.

We stayed as a family of 4 to visit London and the Warner Bros studio tour. The location of the hotel is ideal and the generally the hotel is OK. We did have a problem in our room as the A/C wasn’t functioning correctly. On settings 2 and 3 it was like a train was in the room (no pun intended) and setting 1 might as well of been turned off. I did complain to reception as it was a warm weekend and the rooms aren’t very big for 4 people and they gave us a 12” desk fan for our room and disabled the A/C. The hotel could do with some updates to bring it up to a Premier Inn standard which is where I presume the hotel should sit competition wise and cost wise. Other than that, the breakfast was good and the bar wasn’t overpriced for food and drinks on an evening.

Standard room for family to level we expected. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean. As a family it's hard to find a room with decent beds for everyone and the sofa bed provided in our room was particularly poor, creaky and very uncomfortable. Also breakfast was very busy and the hotel would do well to have someone managing/seating people so you don't have to wander round looking for table. Overall average stay

We used a disabled parking bay close to the hotel, next to the hotel car park. Our room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was great for someone using wheelchair. The best bit about our stay was definitely the staff. They were all friendly and helpful. A special shout out Sylvie who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel was busy with lots of parents and their children who wherever excited aboutHarry Potter. Breakfast was busy and a little chaotic but the staff kept everytihng well stocked. The food was good quality. Everything was spotless. I was pleased to see that a lot of effort had gone into reducing the use of plastic packaging. All in all a great stay. The only complaint was that one of the beds was uncomfortable with a saggy mattress.

The staff were lovely and friendly, We had a family room and the sofa bed was very hard. The room was clean but the walls are very thin as the people in room next to us came in at 3.30am and starting playing music loudly. I was with my grandchildren and was too afraid to confront them. It would be better to keep family rooms together to avoid this kind of behaviour. The staff were apologetic and we realise this isn’t their fault but wanted to feed this back.
