Property was perfect for our Harry Potter Studio Tour. The hotel is situation near Watford Junction which has a free shuttle bus to the studios. Hotel amenities are excellent and the room was perfect for my family of 3. Highly recommend this hotel.

I was very pleased with our stay, but would have preferred 3 single beds, the children had to share a bed. The rooms thermostat was rubbish, it was either too cold and noisy with it on or too warm. Although the rooms were sound proofed so you couldn’t hear your neighbors the noise coming in the windows indicated that they needed replacing.

The property overall was good. Staff were very helpful especially the guy we spoke with on arrival. We were to early for check in and he helped us sort our way to get to London to do a bit of sight seeing. Rooms were ok other than a few stray hairs on 1 of the beds. Bar menu could maybe have had a few more options and better kids menu but overall a good base for us to work from to see London and also the Harry Potter tour

Jury’s inn is a great hotel and one that I would always recommend. However, on this occasion it wasn’t a great experience. We had a family room but was put on the same floor as some extremely loud guests. Some very foul language banging and shouting in early hours of the morning woke us up. And no security was around to defuse the situation

Room was a bit on the small size for a family room with 4 of us but it was only for 1 night so it was ok. Breakfast was great. All staff for the whole stay were very pleasant, from the check in to the check out, all very nice and couldn’t have been more helpful.

This was my first time travelling anywhere alone with my daughter and i was very nervous. The staff at the jurys inn watford for amazing and helped me out so much it reallt helped with my worries. The hotel itself was lovely, very clean and the food was lovely! I would like to say a big thank you especially to one of the gentlemen who worked on the front desk, i believe his name is charlie. He was ever so helpful with everything and made me feel very welcomed into the hotel, he is a credit to the jurys inn team. I will definitely be returning in the future and recommend this hotel to all my friends and family! Amazing!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice and pleasant room and beds. Great location - only about a 10-minute walk to either of the two train/London Overground stations. Felt safe overall walking back to the hotel even at night - for a family with two children. The fast National Rail train takes only 15-20 minutes to get to London-Euston station from Watford Junction.

It was a great stay, the only thing is that the tvs could be upgraded to smart tvs. They are not that expensive anymore and thr hotel could probably get a discount in bulk. As there is not much to do with a baby in the evening it would help to have that flexible option to entertain ourselves in the evening
