Stayed one night before flight. We had a family room which was very clean. The breakfast was beautiful, everything was fresh and hot. Great choice from cold meats and cheese to a full English breakfast. Very impressed and would stay again.

The family room was very comfortable and facilities good. Shower required a little updating bit was clean. Didnt realise there was no parking at the hotel and that should have beenade clearer in the details. Cost £38 to park for the night! Restaurant and bar were nice and tge food reasonably priced for what we had.

The family room was very comfortable for our family of 5 and there was great value in our kids eating for free at the restaurant. Easy to walk across to the airport for our flight.

Our room was just what we needed for a family of six! We were very surprised to find a room with 3 queen size beds and spacious bathrooms. It was perfect for our last day in London.The staff was very nice and attentive. We will stay here again when we come back to London.

Reception staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful. Eventually the priority services receptionist took pity on us (a family with two small children who had been traveling for almost 24 hours without sleep by that point) and got us settled, which was much appreciated, but I wouldn’t willingly book a Hilton again.

Excellent overnight stay before a flight even from North Terminal. Lovely family room with comfy beds, great staff at the Garden Restaurant with good food choices and they were great with the kids.

The room I had booked had been given to someone else. It was a family room so we could be together. Instead they issued me two rooms with an adjoining door. We waited for a while and didn’t get settled in till after 5pm then once luggage piece was left behind.

Wel located hotel with convenient access to Gatwick. Family room was well cleaned and equipped. Especially having two single beds for the kids is great.

Some rooms are v v far from lift - tough with a late night flight with kids and cases etc. Ask for help. Otherwise, v convenient location to terminal.
