Sandman Signature London Gatwick Hotel

Not as pleased as i expected to be honest.went with 2 children 4 and 5 years old.got there at 3 to check in only find the bar and restaurant etc opens at 4pm and close at 10pm.the situation the hotel is sited on is a long long walk from the hotel on a very busy roundabout.too far to walk with 2 young children.just thought everything would have been available all day for hotel residents!!

Very lovely stay for our family with school-age children. The room was comfortable and the pool was fantastic. The bar was nice in the evening. We didn’t try the restaurant, but the menu looked nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again and definitely recommend!

Perfect last night before our flight. The pool and restaurant were great and the beds were very comfortable. We had a family room and it was a good amount of space. We were able to rest up properly before our flight and not be rushed in the morning.

Stay at this hotel frequently when visiting family. Beds are comfy, bar is great I’d and TV screens great for sport. Menu suits my veggie wife

Excellent stay at the Sandman Signature Gatwick. The staff were excellent at accommodating us with 2 very tired children. We arrived early in the morning, although not able to check in, they took our bags for us and let the kids use the pool until the room was available. There was unlimited tea/coffee and hot chocolate at our disposal as well. Room was clean and larger than other UK hotels we stayed in. Our room had a mini fridge and a microwave which was a GameChanger for us with kids - got some groceries and the staff had no issues with providing us with cutlery. Restaurant was excellent and good selections for kids and adults. While there is a restaurant in the hotel, it is only open for breakfast or supper (after 4pm). The hotel is within walking distance of TESCO. (7minutes) which we used a bit. You can walk to the Three Bridges train station (about 17 minutes) and there is a bus stop about a 7 minute walk that will take you to Gatwick airport. Things to note: there is no airport shuttle from this hotel. You can order a taxi (about £28) to Gatwick Airport, or you can get a £8 Uber to the train station and get to the airport that way. We used the bus, it was a 7 minute walk to the bus stop (bus 100) to Gatwick airport. Hotel is sitting on a busy roadway. Loudness could depend on room location. Air conditioning in the room was super loud when it cuts in. We did try not to use it, but it was a warm couple of days in Gatwick so we had too.

Really enjoyed our stay the kids love the facilities especially the swimming pool. They also do fantastic food. Thank you everyone for making it a fantastic experience

Just enjoyed my stay ,meet up with family ,which was great ,tks so much .

My family booked 3 rooms for an overnight stay. We were delighted with the rooms which were large and very comfortable. The in house breakfast was excellent value as it was included in the room price. Possibly my favourite part though was a lovely swim in the pool. I would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel itself looks good on first impression. The room was clean but the window was full of water from condensation and mould on the window sill. The shower over the bath meant water went everywhere which is a challenge with 3 kids to shower. The swimming pool was amazing and a good size. The kids loved it. Breakfast was awful. Food sat for long periods, stale muffins and pastries. Unhappy staff. The check out member of staff was very friendly

Pleasant surprise to come to this hotel. Was expecting standard hotel accommodation but the room was a good size for me and my family, good bed, nice pool with friendly professional staff.
