The room was cleaned and fresh towels provided at anytime I required. This was super convenient especially when sleeping in late or having a late start to the day. No matter what time we went out, the room was fixed-up. Most UK hotels would stop all housekeeping after morning hours. Although a couple of employees at the front desk were friendly, it would be better if ALL front desk employees are warm, friendly and approachable. Super easy to walk to city centre and other locations - very convenient. Also nice and quiet - our room was reasonable for family of three.

Great stay with the Leonardo, well located for exploring from Temple Meads and an easy walk to the Bridge Street area and Cabot Circus. Rooms were comfortable and well attended, duvet was a bit warm for me though so had to strip it to the sheet. Breakfast has a small selection but great quality sausages bacon etc. Staff were lovely with my kids, we had a lovely stay.

I booked a night here with my husband and our baby for my husband's birthday during our first visit to Bristol. I mentioned that we would be celebrating my husband's birthday when I contacted the hotel to request a cot for our baby. When we arrived in our spacious room there were all sorts of treats, bubbly, decorations and a birthday card. The staff really went above and beyond to make it a special stay. We were also given vouchers for coffees and drinks at the bar. So many thoughtful touches and every member of staff we met was incredibly friendly. We will absolutely return the next time we come to Bristol.

Our experience to the property was amazing . We took a family room and it was very clean and tidy . The hotel staff is very polite and even gave us an early check in without any hassle . The property is very close to the station which is a big plus . The manager even suggested us good places to see in Bristol. We had a lovely experience and would give the hotel full stars . Only thing where they can improve is increase their breakfast spread .

WE had an issue concerning the size of the bed for children. It was too small for children 9 and 12 yera old. Expedia should indicate this kind of information. fortunately the manager offered us an extra room Thé staff managed the situation In a very professional way and kindness

As a family of 3 we stayed in a multiple bed room. The room was a good size with comfortable beds. The location was good, being only 5 minutes walk from the train station and less than 10 minutes walk to Cabot Circus. The room cleaning service, however, wasn't up to standard. Dirty cups were left in the sink, beds weren't made throughout the entire stay, and bins were only emptied late into the afternoon. The breakfast was below average, especially at £14 per person! Save yourself some pennies and go to the Wetherspoons around the corner.
