Nice hotel but check in / bar area / breakfast is too busy with minimal staff! The hotel had a great vibe really enjoyed our stay but little things like getting a drink from bar, asking for ice took a long time! Breakfast was poor for the price - on a busy Sunday morning and it’s quite a walk from most bars but great for shopping! Would probably go back to one of my other favourite city centre hotels next time in bristol - did love the family room - two doubles!

Trip was for a family birthday, hotel overall was great. Tea tray in room could be a little better and a bottle of water would have been appreciated with the heat. Food in bar was lovely and affordable. Gym was a tad small but I had it to myself so no real issue

Excellent Trendy Place. Rooms very comfortable for a family of 4 - sofa bed good double size. Definitely would recommend.

Great hotel, the family room was really spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great for convenience, our view was of a car park where someone appeared to have fly tipped the contents of their home, of course out of the control of the hotel. The only thing that let it down for us was the hot option at breakfast, really poor, no sausages until we asked and then the ones they quickly air fried were hard and not enjoyable. Perhaps just stick to the continental breakfast. Other than this a really fab stay.

We stayed in Bristol for a family birthday , the hotel was fabulous, fun and a funky place to stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable! Thank you for making my 13 year olds birthday special!! We will return soon hopefully.

Loved this hotel. Very modern and funky. Didn’t eat or use the bar as was visiting family but loved our room. More cups for the hot drinks and an extra pillow each would be nice but that’s just a suggestion. Will definitely return. Clean, modern and efficient staff.

Great friendly staff, great value for essentially a suite - perfect stay for a family. Only missed a bathtub. Really comfortable.

The hotel is lovely. Rooms are very new. I loved the style and very clean. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Ross on reception, he asked all the right questions and reduced our parking by 30%. Would recommend and stay again. We had a family room.
