Future Inn Bristol

Absolutely terrible I’ve stayed in so many hotels around the world for work and holidays but this hotel was disgusting! No sound proofing on the door, carpet was ripped and stained everywhere, bedding looked like it hadn’t been washed and mattress was exposed and stained, air con was like a washing machine noise, broken tiles in bathroom, dirty toilet that hadn’t been cleaned, broken bed on the head board side, requested a travel cot when I booked but they said there was no record of these and I had to show them the email then when it did arrive it was broken to baby had to sleep on pillows, stains and grime on most of the walls and furniture they had not been wiped at all for a long time and to top it off baby fell against the bedside table after tripping over broken bed! Morning after when we checked out there was no asking about our stay and room, honestly hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Future Inn hotel stay was beyond our expectation. Very comfortable beds, very clean amenities, polite and professional staff and a very tasty buffet breakfast which is the icing on top of the cake. Staff membet Zoltan at the front desk was exceptional who always go an extra mile. I wholeheartedly recomnend this hotel which situated right next to a big shopping centre and closer to Bristol temple meads station. For the price we paid for a family of 4, it was worth every penny.

We enjoyed a lovely stay over the weekend. Unfortunately we had to swap rooms quite late at night due to facilities not working, but the night porter on duty was exceptionally helpful and we ended up with a bigger room. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Location was great for shopping. Overall we had a brilliant stay and would recommend to friends and family. We will hopefully return very soon.

Well located on the edge of the shopping centre but not the nicest of Bristol’s districts. Really decent hotel with all the facilities we required. Room was a superior king so plenty of space for a couple and a child. Parking was easy and free located next door to the hotel in the main shopping car park. Bristol was lovely. Lots of walking and exploring opportunities

Spacious clean room, friendly staff, bar staff were very cheerful, good vibes, breakfast was very good (except the fried eggs came out cold for some reason probably a one off of course), kid friendly, we enjoyed it and will return. They do discounts of you contact Future Inn directly!

We booked this hotel specifically because they advertised having cot beds available for the rooms. Having called ahead a few days before arriving to check they did indeed have cot beds, we checked in to find that a cotbed was in the room but only the shell of it. It had no mattress, just some sheets that had been stuffed over the hard plastic base of the cot. Raising it with reception they said nothing could be done and this was just the way that cotbeds were in all hotels. Having stayed in many hotels with children we know this not to be the case, with a mattress always provided. Faced with our seven month old baby sleeping on the hard plastic base, we had to find our own mattress borrowed from a friend in a nearby town. Not ideal at 8pm when your baby is needing to sleep. We were also given the room opposite the lift which meant we could hear movements during the evening which woke the bby up, and also given a room next to the busy main road outside. Disappointing stay.

Comfortable and clean stay in a busy area of Bristol. Great to have the free parking option, especially with EV charge points in the car park. The whole experience was unfortunately soured by our treatment in the restaurant - having planned to feed our toddlers using their much publicised Kids Eat Free offer (and still advertised around the hotel), the restaurant manager declared that the offer was no longer applicable. After arriving late after a long drive, this was hugely disappointing - and highly embarrassing as we shuffled out of the restaurant.

Good location to shops and car park. But room was very untidy, children found co2 canister for vaping near bed and toilet stank . Wife cleaned it with wipe and it was covered in wee and hairs, disgusting, they did remedy it by putting bleach down but it made you wonder how thoroughly they clean the rooms.

Reception and restaurant staff were really helpful. Room was clean and a good size for a young family. Parking is clise by and secure.
