Reception desk at first did not think they could book us in early but with prompting found a room. And the welcome cookies were a, literal, warm welcome The hotel is well designed and kept and most convenient for rail travellers, but also for pick up by family in our beyond the city. Moreover it stands adjacent to the most beautiful parish church in Britain.!

We stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting family in Bristol to celebrate the jubilee. The check in was quick, the staff smart and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The food in The Kiln was outstanding, The Temple bar too.
