The Oasis at Grace Bay

I loved absolutely everything!!! My family and I stayed 5 days and every single day was relaxing, great food within the resort and surrounding area, not to mention one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve been in. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The property is impeccable and our room was very spacious, extremely clean not to mention tastefully decorated. We highly recommend the Oasis at Grace Bay and hope to return soon….

Stayed 4 nights on a couples trip we loved the property. We loved the front desk receptionist Alba and we were greeted with a welcome beverage and a cold lemongrass cloth from Alan. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and I would stay there again.

Beautiful property with friendly staff. Very clean! I like that I was provided a passcode instead of a room key. The code was more convenient than trying to keep up with a room key card. Will definitely remember this property to friends and family!

We stayed at the hotel family of 4 during New Year break. Overall hotel is OK. Beds are very comfortable. Cotton sheets. Comfy pillows. comfy blanket. AC works great & quiet. Nice balcony with comfortable sofa. They do great job cleaning rooms every day. Good shower ( standing). It was hard to keep the glass sliding door into the shower fully closed in both room . Out teen kids stayed in a separate room. Rooms are not big but enough. TV works with Netflix. Restaurant food at the hotel is great! you can borrow electic bikes and regular bikes ( that don't work as well). We did not like the pool ( water was cold). There is no store to buy anything near the hotel. There are no snacks, or water in the room. Customer service is not doing much. they can help with questions or get the taxi but thats about it. The minus - the hotel is not on the beach and you have to either walk for 7-10m or take small golf cart. Ordering food at the beach takes a bit of time. Overall we like it. For us staying on the beach is a huge plus. If money is not an issue we would do it next time. Having more than one place to eat at is a huge plus. Oasis has one small restaurant.

The property was clean and rooms were great. Staff were very nice. Loved the transportation option to the beach. The beach front chairs, food/drink service availability was definitely a plus. Would recommend this property to anyone traveling with or without kids.

We absolutely ADORED our stay at the Oasis, and will be back! They extended every courtesy from beginning to end, and went the extra mile to make sure our family (including our 2 year old son) felt comfortable, welcome, and they ensured we all had the time of our lives. The finishes are modern, the layout a pleasure to explore, the food delicious, and the people are the absolute best. I’ve not one negative thing to say about the gorgeous place or the glorious people. When we go back to Turks we plan to stay at The Oasis again, because of the level of care they took with every lovely detail. They made everything perfect, on purpose.

Best vacation! My family and I stayed at the Oasis and had the best experience while in Turks and Caicos. The staff is amazing and always meet you with a smile. From the minute we checked in and throughout our stay the staff make us feel like family. The rooms are cleaned daily and the grounds are well kept and you feel like you are in an Oasis! The location is also perfect! You can walk to most shops, restaurants and lounges. Big shout out to Beverly, Carlos, Tevin, Cordell, Jay, Ruth, Victor and all the other staff members and management team for making our stay exceptional! Definitely will be going back soon!

Wow, if you want to come to Provo you must stay at this amazing and beautiful boutique. Excellent service and amenities. The studios are beyond comfortable 2 bedroom & 2 bath, full functional kitchen, laundry with even detergent provided, dishwasher with dish soap. N espresso machine with free coffee. Pots pans and all cooking utensils. They even gave Villas with private pools. The Shuttle brings you back and forth to the spectacular Grace bay beach, free umbrella and amazingly comfortable beach chair and towels. They offer bar and food service at the beach. They have free airport transfers round trip, free bikes. Location is excellent just Steps away from everything but at same time private, quiet and safe. Very clean and modern.Two nice pools. Really you can’t ask for more with the amazing prices they offer. Highly recommend it to everyone…couples, singles, families, solo travelers.special thanks to all the staff in particular Lisa and Widly! Can’t wait to see you all again and would definitely return here!!

My family of four had an outstanding experience staying with the Oasis. Starting with the friendly staff attending everyone's needs, to the cleanness of the property, high tech accommodations and safety. Special thanks for the generous upgrade to a private villa after an issue with air-conditioner in our original unit, it was unexpected and we were very pleased. We enjoyed the opportunity of the provided bikes - it was fun to bike around to the restaurants and gift shops. Golfcart to the beach is an excellent solution that we also enjoyed very much. The beach set up was the best in the whole Grace Bay area - excellent job!! Service to the beach - meals and drinks delivery! WiFi speed was excellent everywhere around the properties and the beach area - very impressive! Thank you again to the management, consultants and the staff for the world class experience for my family and worry free vacation for me!

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The beach was immaculate and well groomed. Always plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds set up. Made for an extremely enjoyable trip for family.
