The All New Grace Bay Suites

This was our first trip to TCI and our stay at the renovated suites was excellent. We did read some of the reviews prior to our trip, as any traveler would, but we didn't let that stop us from going. Eboni (guest relations) was a pleasure. Pleasant smile, informative with our dining requests and always had a smile on her face. Do not let her go. Excellent for your business. Our room was very comfortable, clean and easily accessible. We enjoyed the fact that it wasn't a huge place. This allowed us to enjoy the pool area without the hassle of looking for chairs to relax in and room to swim around. The quietness was amazing, especially since it was spring break. Very little youngsters running around which was a plus. We will definitely recommend others to stay at your establishment. Great location, comfortable and not overly priced. We will definitely be staying with you guys on our next visit. * * * * *

Before I booked to this place I checked the reviews and there were people complaining about a faulty smell, issues with housekeeping, and water pressure. This was in separate reviews not all in one! Well, I got all of them. The faulty smell and housekeeping were the most annoying ones. I am pretty sure the faulty smell is from the faucet water not from the drains and this makes it even worse than I thought. The last 3 days of my vacation my room never got cleaned. Yes we stayed longer in the room because my kids got sick but yet we got out too, not early in the morning we did go out later. The first day I just got some towels because she came back and we were still in the room so I didn't want her to get bothered anymore but the next day they came in the morning and I told them I will leave soon and they never came to clean the room, the last day they kept on knocking on the door and that was the time to check out. Maybe it was a misunderstanding but even the first day we came in the room wasn't clean properly. The floor was very dirty. I don't think it's worth it for the money you pay, no microwave in the room, one coffee machine that was filthy dirty inside!! Oh, by the way, the breakfast is included but get ready to pay more because all you can eat with a voucher is a pancake and you have to pay for the drinks and everything else beside a pancake. I like the girls in the reception tho, they were always nice.

The property was amazing! It’s a small quaint boutique hotel that had the best customer service and an amazing ambiance. The best part about the rooms is that each room faces the pool and the balancing and lanai’s are so cozy! We loved the breakfast vouchers and our only issue is that the owner at Shay Cafe was very unwelcoming to the black and brown guest and shows zero interest in saying hello or engaging with us. The other two restaurants were top notch and would highly recommend them for breakfast and other food options. I think you should look into substituting Shay cafe with another more welcoming restaurant just to make sure your guest feel welcomed and appreciated for visiting their establishment. But again, the Hotel is too notch and we are looking forward to our next visit with family and friends and we hope our group will all be able to stay here! It’s just perfect! Thank you for a lovely stay! Our visit to TCI was amazing! Oh and the bed was so comfortable and our room service was top tier! No complaints at all about this place!

Staff was great, clean and very central! This was a great value and my family was very pleased with our 5 night stay. Everyone as very accommodating and our room was cleaned every day. A breakfast voucher was provided for a choice of three different places. All great!

Nice, clean large rooms great for families. Close walk to the beach. Pool was small but comfortable it did the job for a quick dip. Receptionist was extremely helpful. Well maintained hotel. Only downfall was there was no elevator and shower floor tile was slippery. Location was excellent. Great value for the money.

We’re a couple with two grownup kids, experienced travelers from Montreal. Very central location for easy walk to the beach, dozen restaurants, shops, even a convenient store. Our room 205 was spacious, confortable, GREAT beds and very clean. Beach towels and ice machine are convenient for beach outings. Personnel is courteous and helpful. The dedicated umbrellas and chairs for Grace Bay beach is always available - suggest Hotel to keep a few portable umbrellas and beach chairs for explorers like ourselves when going to other beaches as it’s hard to find shades on TCI beaches. The breakfast vouchers with 3 restaurants are flexible, we always manage to get something decent with a few dollars extra and tips - we like Shay cafe. We think this hotel is good value overall.

My wife and I wanted a get away to Turks and Caicos but wanted to try to minimize price while still being close to the beach. The Grace Bay Suites fit the bill nicely. That said, be aware the pool, while nice, isn't nearly as big as it looks in the photos. If you think you'll be doing laps in the pool, think much much smaller. It's more for kids and soaking. Not a big deal since the beach is all of 3-5 minutes away in a place where the water is always warm. What my wife and I loved were the employees. There is a gentleman who we saw all the time an he was always willing to help. Apparently he lives at the property. He kept the grounds clean, the plants watered and the pool clean. Amongst pretty much anything else you could think of. We absolutely loved the older woman who cleaned our room! She was energetic, nice, and always happy when we saw her. She was the one to recommend the Thursday fish fry and her shop (Grandma and Boy) where the shrimp, from someone who doesn't generally enjoy shrimp, was to die for. The employees honestly made our trip great. One other downside is being near Danny Buoys. While it says the rooms are soundproof, when a bar is next door, open until 2 and plays music with deep bass, you don't hear the music as much as the throbbing bass resonating in the room. Soundproofing probably wasn't going to help. Despite the small pool and the music until 2, my wife and I agreed we would stay again if t&c is in the cards again!

Great family friendly facility. Danny Buoys is right out front, great restaurants within walking distance! Very friendly and eager staff. Will come back!

Great hotel for family. Staff are amazing and will help you in any way needed. Always responsive and truly a pleasure to speak with.

We were extremely happy with our stay, at this hotel. Excellent service. The location is a plus, in the center of everything, within walking distance. Definitely would love to stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality. (1st time via flight, to this island, for 6-night-family vacation)
