Ocean Club West

Loved our stay at Ocean Club West. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable. The pull out bed in the living room was a bit squeaky and uncomfortable but the kids didnt mind. Everything we needed was in the kitchen area to make breakfast or lunch if we wanted to. Grocery store was a 10 min walk and the resort gives you a little wagon to bring your groceries back easier. If it rains and you need a umbrella, they have those as well! The resort is very clean and well maintained. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful soft sand beach with crystal clear torquoise waters. Staff was nice and polite.

This was our second time staying at Ocean Club West and it was still wonderful. The staff is friendly the beach is stunning and it’s the perfect proximity to the shops and restaurants. The resort is not a party atmosphere but more a family quiet easy going smaller resort.

10/10! Second time staying at Ocean Club West and will certainly be booking again! We stayed for our baby moon because we love how safe, welcoming, and the close proximity the resort did to shopping and restaurants. Couldn’t have booked a better stay then Ocean Club West!

Our family of five plus Grandma loved our stay at OCW. We were celebrating 3 milestone birthdays - one of which was Granny turning 80 - and booked a beachfront unit - requesting a short distance to beach and lower unit to accommodate Granny. They couldn't have given us a better unit (Unit 111) - it was so convenient for her and really enabled us to fully enjoy our stay. It was a ground floor unit steps away from the restaurant and beachfront. Our 14, 13 and 9 year old had a lot of fun too. Our first visit to TCI - and it is so beautiful there. We loved the beach time, the water and multiple times made use of the resort kayaks and paddle boards. We only had a 3 night stay and rarely left the property, we ate at the on-site restaurant, Solana multiple times and it was great. We also absolutely loved the beach bar with swings for sitting. It was so convenient to order lunch there and get drinks right on the beach - our kids loved the virgin cocktails and even the lemonade, my 9 year old said it was the best lemonade she ever had. The food was good there too. The pool was also very nice. Our room was clean and nice, not luxury feel but still very nice. There are some higher end resorts on either side which we did take the liberty to walk around but something about OCW seemed nicer to us. Everything was so convenient and the staff was great. We really enjoyed our stay. It was one of our best vacations ever. I only wish we had more time there. Thank you OCW for a great stay!!

The price you pay for this place is too high. We have seen better quality rooms for this price in other countries. These ppl have to learn. The room is quite spacious and is like a mini home. However they don’t use any air fresheners and it makes the room kinda smelly. They don’t give early check ins. The bar at the beach tries to rip you off, by not disclosing the charges for a customized drink upfront. The pool is kinda made for kids with just 4ft in depth, a 5ft space exists which is like only 20ft wide. The beach is not that shallow which is not their problem though. Tennis court is good. Cycling around the area is kinda ok. Some staff at reception are great and some answer only to the point :)

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Club West. The staff and facilities were great and the location on beautiful Grace Bay Beach and close to shops was excellent. The only two inconveniences we encountered were that we booked a one bedroom with a pullout couch and there was no pull out couch. Luckily, we only needed a bed for one and a rollaway was brought immediately by TC who was awesome! I would also say that the internet in the unit was weak unless you were in the one back bedroom. Otherwise, we were happy with the unit. This property is great for a family stay!

Great place if you’re traveling with significant other or family

Went in July with my 13 and 17 year olds and had a wonderful time. The property is perfectly located within walking distance to town, shops, restaurants, etc. Beautiful, quiet beach, and never had a problem getting a spot at the beach. The kids loved the property and so did I. I'd highly recommend Ocean Club West.

We enjoyed our visit to the property. The staff was very nice and helpful. We stayed in a junior suite and had more than enough space and had a great view. The beach and water were amazing. This has been our best visit to Turks and Caicos.

This was a nice resort that is great for families or couples. Our room was well-stocked with everything we needed. We cooked breakfast and lunch most days because everything is so expensive on the island. Seriously consider packing some dry goods and adult beverages in your suitcase. The cleaning ladies did a great job and we felt safe with all of the security on the premises. The pool was beautiful and there were always enough chairs on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.
