Seven Stars Resort & Spa

Highly recommend this property. The rooms were gorgeous, well appointed, & allowed the kids to have their own beds/room. You could walk to the grocery store, restaurants, & water activities but never had to leave, as everything was on property as well. The service was fantastic & the breakfast was incredible. But nothing beat the beautiful beach access, seating & service.

I am reaching out in hopes that this post will influence your company to refund money that was paid to you for a room that was canceled by you. Our family of five was part of the distressed AA flight 879 that was delayed overnight on March 23. I booked the room while on the airlplane waiting to deplane when our flight was delayed because of crew timing out. When we got off the plane, my husband called your front desk and confirmed the reservation. We spent $100 on taxi to your hotel, you held our bags for us while we went to eat at your restaurant before it closed. When we finished dinner, went to get room assignment and you told us your actually didn't have a room. We took another $100 taxi to Sommerset where we ended up getting a room. I called Wednesday after we finally got back home and spoke to your reservations department which confirmed in fact we did not stay with you and the room had been canceled by you. Expedia still has not been able to get you to give back our almost $2400 for one night. Apparently your company is giving them a hard time. Please resolve this.

Adult family of 5 spent a week at Seven Stars in December. My feedback: - The resort was fantastic. Clean, relaxing, great location. - We had a 3 bedroom suite that was awesome. - Every single SS staff member was pleasant. Not one negative thing to say. - We paid for an OceanFront room but were on the 1st floor so we didn't have much of an ocean view. However, we were right next to the pool. Easy access to the beach. No elevators required. So it worked out. But be aware of the OceanFront booking if you want to look out of your room and see the beach. - We went to all 4 of the resort restaurants. Different ambience and different menus but all of them had exceptional service and food. - The small convenience store on site was, well, convenient. - There is a grocery store about 10 minute walk from the resort that had everything. Beware they don’t sell alcohol on Sundays in the grocery store. The onsite convenience store allowed us to work around this situation. - The area outside of the resort has nice shops and appeared to be very safe. We even walked the 1 miles from the Royal Turks Golf Club back to the resort and never had a concern. - Would recommend the FastTrack arriving into T&C. It was a Saturday and we probably saved 2 hours not having to stand in customs\immigration lines. Didn’t save us much time departing though. - We highly recommend Seven Stars and expect that we will return. It can be pricey but we found it worth the cost.

We only stayed 1 night but the staff was amazing… We will consider this property on our next trip to Turks Will definitely recommend to our friends and family

My wife and I just returned from a one week stay and could not be more pleased with the experience: lovely location with beach pool options; lovely landscaping; good selection of restaurants and outstanding buffet breakfast (included); wonderful accommodations - we had a junior suite with lovely view and comfortable bed; exceptional staff and service. What more could you want! Be prepared to spend for these values. It is worth every cent! You do not have to rent a car but be prepared to spend for taxi service, e.g. the cost for 2 people to go by taxi to and from the airport is $16.50 per per son, each way. One other tip: there is a very good supermarket a short walk from the resort - easy to walk and bring back less expensive items, including some American brands, and wines/beers/ etc.

This property is great for couples and families. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room had a full kitchenette w refrigerator, microwave, plates, silverware and stove. The free breakfast is incredible. My only suggestion is to have more live entertainment. We will definitely recommend this property and look forward to visiting again.

Property is beautiful and clean. Perfect for family vacation we had a crib, pack & play, and highchair in our room upon arrival thanks to the amazing staff. The grocery store is literally across the street, as well as restaurants & shops. Beautiful beach and the 3 bedroom oceanfront was absolutely perfect. The staff is so accommodating. Our room was cleaned at 10 am every day, and they always gave us extra water for the day. Which we requested. We will definitely return. It was quiet and relaxing. My only complaint would be that the pool was so cold, it was hard to swim. Unfortunately , the weather was not working with us and it was very windy so we could not go in the ocean. My little one did not like the pool because it was so chilly. It says heated saltwater pool but it was not even remotely enjoyable . Still giving this resort a great review we loved it. And the breakfast every morning was phenomenal as well for being included it was well done.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was amazing, but my room was very dirty. I did not expect this from a five star resort. Their website states, “we have enhanced our cleaning procedures…”, but my room was very very dirty. In addition, I witnessed an employee hosing down the kids pool area, and decided it was good idea to hose himself down as well. Cleaned his arms, legs, feet, then he put the hose to his face and spit the water out on the floor near the pool where we walk. It was disgusting. Ironically enough, we all came back sick. I wonder why.

We stayed in a junior suite and it was huge. It had absolutely everything and it was all updated and very clean. Food was good. People that work there were nice. Beach and pool were clean and enjoyable. The resort has everything as long as you are ok with the prices. We loved it all.

Loved that it wasn’t so commercial. It wasn’t crowded, our two bedroom suite had everything we needed, modern kitchen equipment, high quality toiletry, perfect amount of space, beautiful beach, great location. My only setback is that the kids club wasn’t running when we were there. We booked the hotel mainly because it was recognized for having a great kids program.
