Ocean Club Resort

Convenient, multiple water options (2 pools & clean beach w/ water toys). Traveled with child, had a blast. Kitchen very useful

Ocean club east is a great resort. It is near shopping areas and restaurants. Theres a shuttle that takes guest to the west location where all shops are. The facility is well maintained and the staff is very friendly. It's great for families.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room had a kitchen including washers dryer which was very useful to us. Crystal clear water and white sandy beaches were clean and family friendly.

Loved the resort overall! The property was lovely and a great size to keep track of our kids (15, 13, and 10). Not a party atmosphere at all and we were there for spring break. We felt safe letting them go anywhere on the property without us. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the restaurant serves delicious food. Our condo was plenty big for our family of 5 but it was quite dated. That didn’t bother us too much bc we weren’t in the condo all that often but for the money we spent, it was underwhelming to be honest. Most of the staff were fantastic and friendly, a few just did their job without being too friendly though. Overall we loved ocean club and would return. Food and drinks and taxis are very expensive but that is the case at any resort on the island. Loved TCI and Ocean Club! We will be back!

Ocean Club is not the newest or fanciest but one of the most relaxed low key spots on Grace bay. You cannot beat the location. Beach is wide clean and uncrowded. The units are large, newly done/modern and very very comfortable and clean. The property has beautifully kept gardens and lazy river pool and dunking pool- the outdoor restaurant / bar has fresh very good food options all day and great drinks- staff is warm and very helpful. You can also grill out. Very kid friendly set up. Tennis courts are lighted and well maintained- shuttle to sister club puts you in center of town and lots of fancy dining options - or their own really lovely beach front restaurant - way better than Grace Bay Club and half the price. They could update the pink umbrellas and older beach bikes. Have come 5x over 18 yrs always happy

Really good place for family vacations.

Mr. Bond was very friendly and helpful with our bags at the east location. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels available for use. Nice gym. The pool was lovely. The restaurant had delicious breakfast. Lobby staff offered assistance whenever necessary. Property was beautiful and quiet. We decided we will always book here at our next visits to TCI! They are like family .

Very nice place to stay. 9 out of 10 rating from me and my family. Only issue, the AC is loud in the room, will keep you awake at night if you're a light sleeper. No other issues.

OUR CONDO WAS THE BEST EVER!! We had the most gorgeous beach front location!! Everything was super clean, modern and fantastic!! As a family of 4 - we had so much space to spread out. Our condo was 2 bed rooms (both king size beds), 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, huge family room and incredible screened in porch to watch the sun sets each night!! It was amazing!! The beaches are truly the most beautiful in the world… I only wish there was better food options overall on the island. Also, T&C isn’t the most customer service oriented of islands. We’ve traveled all over the world and T&C seems to lack enthusiasm for hospitality. The other thing that was a turn off was the taxis. They charge per person and it would cost us anywhere between $75-$150 to go out to dinner - ONE WAY!! That being said, the beaches and our condo made the trip!!

Our stay was great. Great access to beach. Decent food on site. Nice pools. Some may think property is outdated BUT it’s clean and comfortable. Grounds are excellent. We rented car so didnt use shuttle to sister property. Caicos Dream tours drops off guests on the beach but we didnt get a chance to book with them. Our room had a washer/dryer. We did a load of laundry and ended up hang drying clothes in closet because the dryer didn’t work. It would give us an error code that we ended up googling but chose not to look into any further. Coffee pot and microwave available in room. We stopped by Graceway supermarket and purchased water and some groceries. Breakfast for two onsite was around $70. I may or may not have had 2 mimosas :) I would recommend Ocean Club to friends and family.
