This property is perfect for families traveling with or without kids I’ll definitely stay again

This property was perfect you you weren’t going leave. The Distrito was right across the street and that was nice. But it is expense to eat there and at the Metropol Restaurant which was on the other side. I did notice while at the pool and other bars at the actual hotel the weren’t very attentive to me and my family while others they waited on hand and foot, bringing drinks to them and seemed jovial. The original room was filled with ants and it took quite a while to be rectified. But it was eventually. Idk. I’ll go back to PR, maybe not stay at that hotel.

The stay at the Sheraton was second to none. The staff was friendly and attentive to our every need. We will definitely be back. Our family vacation was an enjoyable experience for my husband, myself and our teen sons.

Location and pool deck we're so nice! We were able to check in early and have our family and friends enjoy the pool deck after our cruise before they all flew home that day. The staff was wonderful too.

Very noisy. At 2 a.m. there were children running up and down the halls . Where were the parents? At the casino? Also we were put in room 1212 that was next to a service elevator that rattled all night long—literally every 2 minutes. It was impossible to sleep. The staff were not accommodating and even lied that the hotel was sold out and could not change rooms. They offered us an upgrade at our own cost. We only spent one night there and will never return!

Everything was wonderful. The staff was polite and friendly. The food was delicious and plentiful. Will recommend to family and friends

This property, while clean, is dated and in need of a remodel. Nonetheless, the real problem is the staff and service. For example, maid service did not come until after 3p and our bed was not made with a fitted sheet, which exposed the bottom two feet of the mattress. We did not even know until we went to bed and felt the texture of a "hotel" mattress. No apology or urgency to fix the problem - so it was not fixed until the "next afternoon." The safe and refrigerator did not work and no one was sent until the second to last day of our 5 day stay. We paid for a "bay view" with balcony - yet we did not receive a room where you can see any of the bay. When we asked for a room where we could see the bay, the hotel told us "no" because they were overbooked. "No," "wait," and "we'll get to it when we can" were the most common words we heard throughout our stay. The pool was not well kept and cloudy everyday by noon. The pool bartenders (with the exception of Bryant) were slow and very rude - especially Carlos. The pool servers, however, were appropriate (e.g., Jesus was awesome). We visit San Juan at least once a year and we picked this property at $500/night (plus fees - including valet ($30/night) and resort fees, which for the reasons discussed herein are laughable) because we've never stayed at this Sheraton, it's a Marriott-family property (we are Elite members), and because it is literally in the middle of and close to everything. We will NEVER stay here again.

The kids love this property.

It was great. Great service, amenities and entertainment. We had a good family vacation.

Beautiful hotel….very nice people working there and accommodating. Loved the pool and the casino. Great location if you don’t mind driving to beach or taking the free shuttle they provide. Great entertainment right across the street for adults and children!
