This is a very convenient, family-friendly property. It is walkable to Distrito T-Mobile and has a shuttle during the day to popular locations. The pool is fantastic as well.

Needs to be clean a little better specially the bathrooms , showers, and dusted around the windows and floors swept. Pool area was a favorite. Need more breakfast options daily they served mostly the same things every day. Waffles would be nice for kids

Great family friendly hotel. Kids (age 8 and 10) loved the water slide area of the pool. Walking distance to Distrito TMobile. The free shuttle was a great perk - it will bring you ton Escambron beach and Old San Juan; the shuttle stops around 5pm but the cost of Uber in the area was affordable. Would definitely stay here again with my kids.

Close to airport. Approximately 10 minute Uber. Clean. Great pool especially for the kids. Gym Hotel shuttle to beach and old San Juan. Will be back

Thank you to the front desk manager and Steve everything was above and beyond from check in to check out the breakfast was also really good hotel is very clean beds are so comfortable I would recommend this place also if you have kids please stay here are child had a blast they have a lot to do on walking distance also check out the T-Mobile park

Love that it's family friendly. That was a plus. The buffet food was good. They have varies of food each day. You could order from the menu but be aware, not everything is available. I really did not like the maid service. I was there for 4 days and none of them actually came in and clean and even provide fresh clean towels daily and take out my trash. Reported it 3 times before the 2 times they actually came. It could been better.

We had a short family trip for 5 days. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a variety of continental food. The pool is great for kids with the small water park including a bucket I enjoyed that. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who travel and wants to stay in the city. The free shuttle to old San Juan, the Beach and T-Mobile area was the icing on the top.

My kids 14/11 enjoy staying here. The room was clean and comfortable. The girls enjoy the pool the free breakfast and the distance to Distrito T-Mobile. Including the shuttle bus. The employees are friendly
