Love that it's family friendly. That was a plus. The buffet food was good. They have varies of food each day. You could order from the menu but be aware, not everything is available. I really did not like the maid service. I was there for 4 days and none of them actually came in and clean and even provide fresh clean towels daily and take out my trash. Reported it 3 times before the 2 times they actually came. It could been better.

We had a short family trip for 5 days. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a variety of continental food. The pool is great for kids with the small water park including a bucket I enjoyed that. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who travel and wants to stay in the city. The free shuttle to old San Juan, the Beach and T-Mobile area was the icing on the top.

My kids 14/11 enjoy staying here. The room was clean and comfortable. The girls enjoy the pool the free breakfast and the distance to Distrito T-Mobile. Including the shuttle bus. The employees are friendly

We booked our reservation specifically for the pool playground for the kiddos. What a disappointment to find it closed after check-in. I even said how excited the kids were about it while checking in. If I would have known the feature was closed I would have stayed elsewhere, especially for premium pricing. Dissapointed!

We were disappointed that our volleyball team wasn’t able to stand in a circle instead of volleyball, back-and-forth to each other in a swimming pool. These are good kids who are very cognizant of children younger than they are. And all they wanted to do at the end of the tournament day was passed the ball to each other in the water. it was pretty disappointing

Pool is amazing for kids, breakfast was great and included, dinner time menu not the best but a lot of options nearby. Shuttle to Old San Juan and TMobile district.

I Like the pool area for the kids. They enjoyed it. It was unpleasing and uncomfortable that the AC unit was not functioning properly. The first night temperature was to cold tried getting it fixed then it was too hot. We were moved to another room. Same issue there the following day. Slept in 79-degree room they offered to move us to a different room again. The kids were sleeping that was inconvenient to pack everything again and wake them up because they couldn't get the AC to work. We just stayed and dealt with it, very inconvenient for the price we paid to stay, not a comfortable stay for two nights, should have receive a better compensation than the one offered.
