Stayed here a few days before our cruise and several days after. Excellent place to stay in Old San Juan to visit or relax before and after a cruise. Very personable family owned and operated guest house. Easy access to tour Old San Juan and to other transportation. Plenty of food options in this area of Old San Juan. This Guest House is a updated modern facility within an old history filled building. Service is top notch, quiet, comfortable and very secure. The full breakfast included has several options that are all delicious.

My mother and I recently stayed here for five days from Fairfax, VA. From the moment we walked in, Freddy and Teresa made us feel at home. They truly went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The hotel is centrally located and is walking distance to all the hot spots in Old San Juan. They even had a jacuzzi on their rooftop where you get a great scenic view of the city. The hotel offers breakfast every morning. Their French toast is the BEST French toast I have ever had!! I paired the French toast with the delicious Chai Latte they offer (also a must). I can honestly say, the hospitality I experienced here was unprecedented in all my years of travel. We hope to return again and bring my Father with us for our next visit. Thank you Teresa and Freddy for making our experience one that I will never forget and for treating us like family!

We decided to stay at 352 Guest House after reading all of the great reviews. Not only did they meet our expectations they EXCEEDED them! The suite was in a historic building that had been modernized and uniquely decorated. In the heart of old San Juan it was within walking distance to attractions and other great restaurants. The room and the facility was immaculate and the food that was prepared in their kitchen each morning was fresh and delicious! An adult only hotel that offered a rooftop area to relax and enjoy the hot tub and city views. A gem for San Juan and for anyone that has the ability to experience a stay within this family owned business. Pride of ownership is demonstrated every where you look!

Wonderful historic property in Old San Juan run by a lovely family. Well situated, charming and a fantastic breakfast. They were helpful at every glance. This is a must stay in this beautiful Old city.

A family run 8 room guest house offering a high quality stay-over experience. Freddie and his family have wonderfully restored this, well over 200 year old, home, conveniently situated in Old San Juan. The property offers all the expected modern amenities including a great roof top outdoor living area with excellent views of the city and nearby Castillo San Cristobal. From our initial check in, complimentary breakfast through checkout/departure, the entire staff provided my family with excellent attention and service.

You feel like a family guest here and NOT like a hotel guest. The staff, the rooms, and the food here are all great!
