CasaBlanca Hotel

The hotel was lovely and in an excellent location - though it is on a main street in Old San Juan so if there on a weekend it could be noisy for rooms on the street (like ours). Loved the large space (Grand suite) for travelling with a family. But the tubs were under construction and that was never mentioned. The pillows were flat and with the hard bed it was challenging to get comfortable.

It's really pretty and clean to stay with the family....

Nothing like the pictures. I am so upset at myself for paying the amount of money I spent to stay at this hotel. Old dirty and the Rooms smell terrible. The mattress on the bed is old and it’s squeaks. The pressure on the shower is terrible and the water goes from extremely hot to extremely cold. The walls on the room are dirty and the curtains look like they have not been washed in years. I took some pictures but my husband did not allowed me to talk to management and complaint. I booked this trip for my husband as a Xmas gift first time going to the island he was exited about the tubs until we saw how disgustingly dirty they were. There is a small futon in the room which thankfully it was my husband and I only, I would not lay my child there it was stained and dirty. I could go on and on about how disappointed I am. On a better note the staff was very polite at the desk and the food was delicious at the restaurant.

This is the most charming hotel in Old San Juan! Centrally located, convenient to shops and restaurants, friendly and courteous staff, delightful decor. Room was a bit small but very clean and tidy, loved the balcony that overlook the street below. It was great to have the option to dine for breakfast and enjoy the bar right at the hotel. Definitely would recommend to friends and family!

My boyfriend and I just spent 2 nights here. The front desk couldn’t have been nicer! We were a late check in and the girl at the front desk was so helpful on where to park and so friendly. We spent our last night on the roof top in the stone bath tubs overlooking the port with cruise ships and the castle, it was such a good memory to have. The coffee I’m the lobby my boyfriend could not get enough of it i don’t know what they use but he was obsessed and it was complimentary. The entire vibe of the hotel felt very intimate and like you are back in time. It has a really cool speakeasy old timey feel. I would recommend this to anyone who goes. The only thing i would say is the pillows were not comfy but that’s a minor detail compared to how much we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Casablanca family you guys were great.

We chose to stay at CasaBlanca as it was recommended to us from a family member. We loved the location of the hotel, it was close to so many bars and restaurants! The AC in the room was super cold which we loved. The room was very clean and neat. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

Excellent location in old san juan. We had a suite which was great when traveling with kids. We stayed five nights, and they emptied the garbage cans after putting them outside and gave us new towels. They never cleaned the room. The rooftop terrace could have been in better shape, and we didn't use it because it didn't feel safe for the kids. The restaurant on site was the best in the area for breakfast and not too expensive.

I was pleasantly surprised it was a very quaint and nice hotel it had a middle east design very clean,nice staff,the location is very good, you can go walking around and shop it was very comfortable and cozy.the rooms were cleaned daily, My family and I will highly recommend it and we will stay there again

This gem of a hotel was located in the heart of old San Juan. Our family was very comfortable in the two room suite. It was an ideal location to see all the amazing sites of old San Juan. Our room was located above a noisy bar and restaurant, which was fine for us, but you may want to consider if traveling with young kids or just bring a sound machine.
