wonderful stay with family member, need more pillows, cleanliness of the room can be improved, swimming pool very nice for an early morning swim, overall memorable experience,

My stay went well, however there were some hiccups. Guest on my floor were noisy, slamming doors frequently and kids running back and forth making noise during my stay. However, I was greatful that staff could give me a late checkout so I could sleep a little longer due to the above inconveniences.

It was very overwhelming indeed during our stayed on this hotel. All the staffs are very friendly, accomodating and helpful. And besides that everything are accesible like shoppings, walk by the bay, cafes, restaurants. We will surely book our staycation here again soon. My extended family stayed here also and they like it so much..

I have been in Conrad Manila several times whenever I am in the country. This time, I tried to make changes with my booking and Expedia tried helping me with it but Conrad Manila was not very accommodating the fact that I booked another room for my family. While checking in, I still tried to talked to them about wanting to change my booking but to no avail, still refused and suggested to make an upgrade for the other room I booked or downgrade my original booking but the cost will still the same. I have been staying in hotels all over the world and most of the time, I was offered an upgrade with no additional costs but with Conrad Manila, was the opposite. I also noticed that the breakfast buffet selection was not much to choose from compared from previous years I stayed there before. Additional breakfast costs also more expensive, ₱1800 /person compared to Okada Manila ₱1500/person with a better buffet selection.

Beautiful hotel, clean, and awesome staff! There is a million within the hotel with multiple restaurants such as Hard Rock Cafe and Texas Road House. Additionally, the Mall of Asia is a 2 minute walk and the pier with rides for kids is also a 2 minute walk. The Spa was phenomenal!

Nice place to stay for the family. You

Came from Miami to spend time with family here. My nephew and niece enjoyed the pool. It’s near MOA and Manila Bay. It’s our first time to staycation in a 5 star hotel as a family! Very memorable experience especially to my parents! They are all happy and excited! The ambience of the hotel was luxurious! Worth every penny! Staff are courteous and helpful! The entire hotel smells super mabango! Love it! Will deffo come back and bring some of my friends here! Thanks Conrad Hotel! <3 Maru (Miami)
