Customer service was excellent. Father's day weekend was busy with kids and families. Be advised: Do not use the laundry service without reading the form. The fee is per piece and it's stupid expensive. An item in my luggage spilled, causing all of my clothes to need a wash. One load in the machine. Easy peasy right? Wrong!!! $140. I called, shocked, nothing they would do. Sorry sir.

It's our second time staying here but this time we got a room for my parents too. Having several dining options is definitely a plus!! Since we stayed on a weekend, were it's busy at the malls and all, our whole family ended up just really relaxing and chillin' at the hotel. I'm glad my parents loved their staycation. :)

This by far has been the best hotel I and my family have ever stayed. From the minute you step onto the property, the whole hotel staff is doing their best to welcome you and give you the best service. From the luggage handlers, to the front desk among them was Roi they were all very helpful and accommodating. The staff on the 7th floor lounge were awesome including Melody. The property itself has so many options for whatever you are looking for whether it’s fancy upscale dining to bar type setting. I have nothing but great things to say. Everyone and thing were so great that we extended our stay amd extra 2 nights and also got a reservation for another family member to stay at the property while we were there. My family can’t wait to go back!! Thank you everyone for your amazing hard work! Keep it up!!

One of the window panels were dirty in my room, heaps of running children in the pool area without anyone minding them, there's a ceiling leak on the corridor and there's a bucket that I have to go around. Otherwise, it's a very standard hotel room.

Location near the airport and mall of asia. Kids love the pool. Love that they provide A LOT of bottled water to drink and the snack bar in the room is free including noodles which the kids love to eat. Will definitely come back to stay.

Security are jerks. They are annoying when you park in the check-in area. Once you tell them you will move after checking in, they let you park (but put your hazard lights on), but they shouldn't be starting off rude. They also want to confiscate any Bluetooth speakers from your luggage, rather than just trust you to not throw loud parties in your room. The easiest way to get from the parking garage to your hotel room is through the casino floor. Apparently minors can't cross the casino floor (no signageand no instructions to that point) and the security will be rude if you try and cross the floor with a child. They also are unable to give reasonable instructions (and again no signage) to tell you how to get to the hotel without crossing the casino floor. You also can't wear tanktops on the casino floor (and again no signage as to "dress code"). After walking in circles I finally demanded that security escort me to show me the proper route. After some back and forth, they finally agreed. The hotel/casino had nice looking restaurants, we only ate at the breakfast restaurant at the swimming pool. All the dining options are pricey. The casino didn't have a lot of nonbaccarat table games. They did have a live band playing. The area didn't have any walkable activities other than a shopping mall next door. The hotel rooms themselves were nice and comfortable. The Hyatt staff at the front desk were nice.

Very strict with 4 person policy or 2 kid 2 adult policy that i dont see when i book it it says 4 occupancy so i have to book another room if i know i book 2 rooms to begin wd for a smooth check in.. staff are nice and polite amenities are very good . The parking is kinda far but they have shuttle and free valet parking, good food/resto its kinda pricey compared to other resto..our key card didnt work at first but it was an easy fix the next day i cant open the door i think its battery problem per staff when engr dept come up and look at it.. in general it was nice

My thought is, if I am paying for an expensive dinner... I would expect a very good service. My family and I waited for almost 5 mins for our turn at the Cafe's entrance (that's fine) but because I saw all 3 staff assisting 4 guests... that I couldn't understand... that's very inefficient. When it was our turn... we were asked if we have a reservation.. I said yes. that's the only time she apologized to keep us waiting... good she apologize but I didn't feel the sincerity... she looked as if she doesn't like what she is doing... We were instructed to go to a table... we went there... we sat..... no waiter... no waitress... we have to call their attention still.. we asked for table napkins... they said they ran out of it... what kind of establishments that serves buffet who runs out of table napkins... we asked for utensils because there were none set on the table... and if we didn't call the waiter's attention... they wouldn't bother.. So yes for the hotel.. But big No for the Cafe... that's our first and the last... If you don't want to ruin your dinner.. find some place else...
