I enjoyed staying in Hotel 101. Everything was great except for some homeless kids were following me or touching my bag. Thank you for your service and l would like to express my gratitude to especially the security guards checking the vehicles.

We’ve been guests in your Hotel several times now- I, my husband and kids, my brother, nephew - because we overall like the experience of our previous stays. We would still come back for more.

We were in room 1616. We did not have hot water! We have to catch a flight early in the morning so we didn't have time to do anything about it. The front reception only can say sorry for the inconvenience?!?! Beside no hot water, we booked a triple room for family of 3. We only had two towels. Two tiny bottle of water, and only one glass to use. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location, walkable to mall of Asia. Unfortunately, rooms are only for 3 people. So as a family of 4, you have to book 2 rooms.

My family loved the ambiance and the homy feeling. Staffed were very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely be back and looking forward to stay there again. Hopefully it will be the same as we expected it to be.

The people working in this hotel was super friendly, and very helpful. The Mall of Asia was very close, so other malls were walkable distance, and restaurants. Just need to be very careful because there are a lot of street kids and pickpockets including women. The room was very clean, but the bathroom, exactly the shower needs a very deep serious cleaning. My family and I had a comfortable stay in this hotel.

Check-in was quick and front desk person was really nice and quick. Room was nicely cold, but the towels was really worned out and dirty looking. Saw a baby cockroach in the bathroom.
