Hotel 101 Manila- Multi-Use Hotel

The staff were accommodating. My family loved the stay. Definitely will comeback again.

My family loved the ambiance and the homy feeling. Staffed were very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely be back and looking forward to stay there again. Hopefully it will be the same as we expected it to be.

Great spot for a good price. BE careful around the area however, pickpocket children

The people working in this hotel was super friendly, and very helpful. The Mall of Asia was very close, so other malls were walkable distance, and restaurants. Just need to be very careful because there are a lot of street kids and pickpockets including women. The room was very clean, but the bathroom, exactly the shower needs a very deep serious cleaning. My family and I had a comfortable stay in this hotel.

Check-in was quick and front desk person was really nice and quick. Room was nicely cold, but the towels was really worned out and dirty looking. Saw a baby cockroach in the bathroom.

Room door was always on repair. Room had many weird dirty spots. Shabby towels and run down robes. Pool had kids spitting. Staff was great tho at accommodating.

Excellent and happy to come back and recommend to family and friends.

We stayed for 6nights with my husband and 2 small children, infant and toddler. Its their first time in Manila and glad that we chose Hotel 101. Very convenient location, close to MoA, there’s a Double dragon for groceries and other stores outside. Clean rooms and I liked that it has a separate sink where I can wash baby bottles. Microwave was a plus as well. Staff were helpful. It is not as spacious as we would like it to be especially with a toddler, but the view from the window overlooking the city was entertaining enough for her. You get the value of your money and so much more. We were happy staying there and will for sure come back. Thanks for making our stay a happy one!

all the staffs were very accommodating. yhe food is fair. the room is quiet small for my family.

The best thing about this property is its staff! Wonderful people who made our family's stay pleasurable. Front desk staff, guards, porters, concierge, housekeepers, waiters -- all of them were very friendly and helpful. They definitely are a credit to the property.
