People here are helpful and friendly especially the people in concierge. Food is fantastic. Housekeeping is not bad but needs to be improved. I will definely recommend this to family and friends.

Perfect location since it's walkable to key places. My main issue is on the facilities. During our stay (December 2023), the pool, gym area are under renovation. I booked thru Expedia but it would useful to inform the guests about such things. The facilities specially is my main consideration of booking this hotel. My family was looking forward for that. I'm also disappointed that there is no parking space provided or at least a discounted rate. Parking overnight is very expensive. Overall, it is not worth staying here since there isn't a big difference anymore from other hotela near by.

Stayed with two kids. Staff excellent. Room was fine, bit dated. But not an issue. Pool was great for the kids.

The Pool was great for the kids. They loved it an I turn gave us some time. But we did find it murky and strong chlorine smell inside. Bit more ventilation would be ideal. The concierge were amazing and when we were created at the counter the lady was great with the kids. We also loved the breakfast. Just delicious.
