fantastic stay for a family (we had the two-room suite). the location is excellent in the middle of everything for truism. The room is luxurious, huge and both bedrooms are separate. full kitchen and washer-dryer in the bathroom. great value

The City Life was a great place to stay. Staff were so helpful and friendly, room was spacious, clean and super quiet considering it is in central Wellington. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, plenty of towels, the list goes on. My friend who was with me booked to stay there again in a couple of months and I have recommended it to other friends and family.

Fantastic location, right on Lambton Quay. Clean and large rooms. Only down side was no food on site so had to order in, and when arriving first time it’s a weird little carpark and no valet. We have babies and had to park oddly and run in, then move car to a parking building.

We loved our stay at CityLife! Great location, and great price - we have stayed at other hotels in the same area for a similar price and this is by far our favourite, and best value for $$. We got upgraded to a balcony room which was great. We travelled as a family of 5 (2 adults, 5 year old, 16 year old and a baby) and we found the accomodation really comfortable, with loads of room, and full facilities. Will absolutely stay again, thankyou!

We booked the family room which was great. Would have been excellent if there were 2 showers. Everything else was really good. Location was the best.

We stayed in studio room type nice and clean and safe environment, I'm glad there was dryer and washing with the laundry soap was a bonus 😉 since we travel with kids. Staff are very accommodating, we are happy they got own parking. 👍👍 very accessible within city and nearby areas. Definitely we'll stay here next time.

The size of the rooms was excellent. It was great having a gym. Location of the facility is amazing, handy to shops and restaurants. Rooms are quiet. Great for families. Housekeeping did not come every day to empty rubbish bins which was frustrating. We often had to ask that housekeeping to be sent and after staying a total of 12 nights with 9 nights in the first room It was not evident that the floors were cleaned during this time as something was spilled on the floor and it remained there 3 days without the cleaners sweeping it up until they were asked to.

Great location - central to TePapa, botanical gardens, cable car, supermarket, cafes and shopping. Lovely spacious, clean rooms with plenty of space for kids.
