We stayed here with our 5 children and it really exceeded our expectations. Rooms are soundproof so I didnt have to be so concerned about the kids causing too much noise for the neighbours. Rooms were super clean. Breakfast was amazing! Kids play area was a bonus. The location is perfect take the hotel elevator down to the shopping area or cable car. We will def be back.

Great, friendly people at the front desk who were able to cater for our needs and requests. Room was fine for 4 people. Only thing we did not rate was the ala carte lunch, we ended up eating at James Cook. Way better food and service. Apart from that Novotel was a nice place to stay with the family.

WE arrived at midnight with two very tired children. Checkin was easy and the parking convenient. We were all tucked up in bed within 30 minutes. Great sleep!! Breakfast was lovely and a lovely range of teas. Thanks so much.

Great location and easy to get to. Lift to Lambton Quay wasn’t working so that was inconvenient. A better choice of bedding configuration for families would be great

Booked this hotel as it provided parking, but I cannot accomodate bigger SUV due to height restrictions, luckily we managed parking off street. Rooms are tiny and tired, mattresses and pillows are saggy. Best part was their buffet breakfast, suits business travellers but falls short for family leisure travel.

Stayed with wife and 6month old baby for 2 nights. Very happy with the location, specially the access to lambton quay. Recommended for family. Will definitely choose Novotel again on next visit to wellington.
