I loved my stay here and I couldn't recommend it more. I've stayed t other hotels in México City and I can say this is one of the best. Very well located, very clean and not noisy at alll. I slept like a baby. The food from the buffet was delicious and they had treats and coffee everywhere. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm back in mexico city

We checked in around 5 o’clock and the room overall was very nice and clean. The bellmen were helpful with our bags. We purchased the VIP option for our engagement celebration which included a bottle of wine, and breakfast. Unfortunately, we never received our wine, although we mentioned it at check-in. We were told it would be sent up and it was not received. Following to the next morning, we went to the buffet breakfast where we waited 20 minutes to be seated. When we were taken to our table, we then proceeded to have breakfast and when we came back to sit down, it was used by other people in which we had to wait another 10 minutes with the plate and drink in our hand to be seated again. Whatever food was leftover was descent. They had a smoothie bar in which I proceeded to wait 20 minutes in front of the line until I just decided to take a seat. The waiter offered to get our smoothie in which we received an hour later once we were ready to leave. It was chaotic and disorganized although the staff was kind. They tried to charge breakfast although we paid in advance. *the water temp in the room goes to extremely hot wHen toilet is flushed, which can be a problem for kids Overall 6/10 Cleanliness 9/10 Buffet 4/10 Bellmen 10/10 Receptionist 5/10 (rude agent) Room 8/10
