The housekeeping staff was wonderful but the front desk personel were awful treated my family really bad they have no people skills very rude and treat people with upmost disrespect.

This hotel is in a very bad area full of prostitutes everywhere including the same corner where the hotel is. this is not a family hotel. RUN AWAY

Its an old hotel, my sheets had holes on them. Although the room was non-smoking, the smell of cigarettes was very strong and when we called to complain, they only sent someone to apply deodorant for the environment. There were constant sounds in the room of pipes and repairs in other rooms but the maintenance people told us that it was impossible despite the fact the heard them too. We were 2 adults and a child, every day we had to ask for the correct number of towels, they left only two, they did not leave hand or foot towels. We call every day went down to the lobby to make the complaint. It is located in an area that is not for children and there are no warnings about it, this is because in the corner of the hotel and its surroundings it is full of prostitution. Finally, the prices of breakfast and dinner at the hotel are really really expensive and the quality of the food offered is normal. Pancakes and waffles had no taste at all.
