The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming. the location is good as it was by the boulevard heading towards the zocalo for "El Grito". The military parade was right outside the hotel which was extremely convenient. My family was happy with out stay. Breakfast and dinner options were good and varied. Highly recommend.

When we arrives the front desk was polite. Once we arrived to our room I noticed the walls were dirty/stained. Like someone splash something and it was never cleaned. The room was NOT clean at all. All the furniture was full of dust and the curtains had mold on them. I immediately called and requested for another room. They sent someone up with a new key and to assist with our luggage. Once I arrived to the second room it was just about the same as the first one. I had to check out. Please save your money especially if you’re traveling with kids. We travel a lot and this had to be about the worst experience or dirtiest hotel we’ve checked into…

We reserved four rooms for four families. On the positive side, the personnel was very friendly and kind. The infrastructure and logistics, however, were pretty bad. Two reservations were given rooms that were not clean and had to be switched. In my room, the toilet was clogged. It was a very unpleasant experience to have to call maintenance to clear it two times. On our first night, at 1:00 AM security knocked on our door due to a mistake they had made. Two of the rooms also had faucets that were loose and another room had a broken light. Overall, nice people but poor infrastructure and logistics. Not a good place to stay.
