We received a call at midnight employees gave out our personal information and they probably wanted to extortionate us. We were a group of 30 family members it was the scariest night we ever had. The noise in the street was terrible couldn’t sleep the 3 nights I was there. I will not recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay with family for the holidays! The staff gave us excellent service, especially Anna, who went above and beyond in taking care of our needs. The hotel lobby and rooms were very clean and smelled nice always. We will be back again!

Hotel was very clean and the staff was great! The room was very nice 👌 Not as big as I thought it would be, but didnt feel small for us and our two kids. Its location is amazing!!! So close to everything in the beautiful town. l definately recommend when visiting Zapothlanejo, Jalisco.
