Hangar Inn Select Aeropuerto Guadalajara

Lovely location but very noisy and doors are very thin in both rooms that were utilized during our stay. There were children running around in the eating area on the first floor which could be heard from our rooms which were on the second floor. Walls and doors are so thin that you can also hear people walking and conversing outside the room very clearly. Very limited parking. We were asked to leave our car key in case it needed to be moved but were called at 5am and asked to go down and move our car anyway. Upon leaving we realized our rental car had been hit and damaged.

This property sent me a message on the day of arrival stating that they would not guarantee both of my reserved rooms if we checked in after 4 pm. We were already traveling so I called over 10 times over several hours to tell them we wouldn’t be there until 9-10pm. No one ever answered. I couldn’t risk not having two rooms for all of my family so we went to another hotel. They ended up charging me for both rooms anyway and Expedia would not help. They said they could not refund my money and that they had been unable to reach the hotel to get an approval for the refund. This was a horrible experience from both this hotel and Expedia.

The hotel was clean love the way way the rooms were set to accommodate my family of 6, coffee machine had tons of options. Room was comfortable. Loved it will stay there again when need it

Stayed one night but check in was easy. Had a good breakfast buffet and offered shuttle service to airport, which was only 5 minutes away. Didn’t rate eco-friendliness bc I don’t know the criteria but very clean nonetheless. Booked room for 2 adults and 2 children but only had to large towels in room upon entering. Would recommend requesting two more towels at check in.
