Front desk activated my room key to another person. They opened our door with out 2 kids inside. We confronted the front desk and they denied their mistake until 30 minutes later a security guard apologized about front desk. We asked for clarification and front desk personal just said THIS MISTAKES HAPPENS SOMETIMES My kids we so scared because someone else opened the door with a regular card key. Do not stay at this property due to security concerns

Staff was great and very professional. Needed a place to stay by the aiport and the staff did all possible to accommodate my family even though we checked in at 11pm. Another perk is that the hotel offers free transportation to the airport.
