Hotel was nice, very clean, beds comfortable, pool was excellent and gym as well. Breakfast was good only inconvenience is it's not self serve had to wait for someone to serve me. Staff was great recommend a junior suite if traveling with family it's really spacious and has a small kitchenette.

Very nice establishment! It has all of the amenities, gym, pool, breakfast options are second to none, with people cooking and Waiters, and you have until 11am to eat breakfast. It has a bar at night, pool table, fuss ball, some video games for the kids. However, I would only stay there again if I’m going to the airport the next day. Not a hotel going back and forth to GDL.

Very welcoming and great service, always willing to help. Our family memeber booked a room for us a week before when arriving to mexico, we loved the service so much that we booked again on the way back to Chicago! We booked a room twice in a 8 days. Highly remmend. Their breakfast is amazing, they go above and beyond. They also take care of your vehicle while it is parked outside and they can facilitate transportation to and from the airport. Very affordable for everything they offer.

Very good place for family

We really enjoyed our stay here at encore. The beds were nice and clean. Well maintained bathrooms clean towels. The hand soap and shampoo was ok it could of been better. We got a great night sleep. The buffet breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. We would recommend to family and friends.

Lots of great amenities including a pool, pool and foosball tables, a gym plus excellent breakfast and unique wall paintings. Our family enjoyed our stay!

The desk clerk was not helpful and argumentative. When I explained that we had one less child in the party, he still charged for the additional person. Then, when we arrived to one of the two rooms he had issued a room key for a room already occupied. Though we booked two rooms, they were on opposite ends of the floor.

My family and I really enjoyed that hotel

5 mins to airport. Gated property, plenty of parking. Clean lobby, rooms, elevators. Food and drinks available on the first floor. Indoor pool, nice view. Now the bad stuff: We needed airport shuttle, front desk girl said the best departure time for us was fully booked so we were assigned to the one 30 mins earlier. When we woke up the next day and showed up at the lobby 5 mins before shuttle arrives, a different front desk girl said we don’t have seats on that shuttle any more because it’s fully booked. —- How could that be possible? We booked the shuttle just the night before, we have small children with us, we woke up 30 mins earlier (before 5am) just to be told that the seats assigned to us are no longer available? This is totally unfair and poorly handled. The front desk girl speaks English, the whole time she was talking to us, no “sorry” came from her mouth. She found us a “taxi” 10 mins later, it was a car without no taxi sign or Uber or anything, looks like a private car doing side jobs. I suggest this hotel stop advertising “shuttle” if they don’t have the capacity or procedure to handle all their guests. Also, hotel gave one free voucher for a drink in the bar. The older bar tender spoke perfect English and Spanish. When he saw me with a voucher, he gave me an attitude that he doesn’t want to deal with it. If this hotel allows their staff to treat guests using vouchers poorly, they should stop giving out the voucher.
