My toddler was walking barefooted in the room. When she got unto the bed we noticed how dirty her feet were. We showered and not a minute later our feet were very dirty. The shower head doesn’t work correctly and toilet does not flush correctly either. Cleaning crew need to be more aware of the floor. And our check out receptionist had an amazing personality.

When i got to airport they picked me up around close to midnight and took us to wrong hotel but they had 2 hotels . We had to wait almost hour and a half so they could take us to the right one driver never came for us kept asking receptionist she kept saying he was on his way but never came so other person took us and this happened to other family too. They took them to the one we were suppose to be and they took us to the one they were suppose to be . We were so tired cause we had long trip

The floor were disgusting. Very very dirty wear shoes at all times. My kids socks were black. The door lock didn’t work well at all, and the door didn’t have a latch which is very unsafe to me. Toilets don’t flush well.

The staff were very helpful as I speak little Spanish and some of the requests needed translation. The hotel was very clean and breakfast had many options and hot breakfast items were hot and well cooked. Will stay there again and recommend hotel to friends and family.

We were in room #108 on main floor. Had a early flight to catch. Tried to go to sleep at 7pm but the noise of loud talking, children running up & down hall and floor above. Could hear scratching from chairs being drag across floor till after 250am. I feel staff could not of missed that happening

The hotel was 5-minutes from the Guadalajara International Airport. We chose this hotel for a one-night stay to catch an early morning flight. The place where we rented a car was willing to drop off my family at the hotel because it was close by. The hotel provided a courtesy scheduled shuttle to the airport. The property was clean, modern, had a nice eating area, staff was professional and courteous, and very convenient for access to the airport. I will definitely come back!

Omg !!! I Love this hotel they picked us up in the airport in less than 10 minutes , shuttle driver very professional and friendly,.got to front desk and the staff lady was very nice and very professional, We will always stay here when we come to Guadalajara, I truly recommend Hangar Inn ! My family was very happy here in our stay !

My family came to see me and say a final goodbye. We met in the cafeteria. I ordered food and visited a bit longer. Felt welcome and staff was beyond friendly.. she opened our beer bottles without an opener .. thank you much! Sorry I couldn’t stay for breakfast due to an early flight!

After having 3 family members recomend this hotel, I booked it on my way out of Guadalajara. It was very comfortable and quiet. The staff was very helpful and nice and their airport shuttle was very convenient. I will be staying hear any time need to fly to or from Guadalajara. It is just meeters from the airport and you can be there in under 10 minutes.
