Had a late arrival but when we got to the property families were outside in the patio, made us feel safe. The halls were dirty but the most disgusting were dishes left on the floor on a tray that was still there the next day! The room and beds were clean. The shower had hot water. When we left we got stuck in the elevator for a couple of mins. Then the electricity came back on. Overall nice stay! Would go again.

Second stay at Hotel Malibu Traveled with family, 14, 7, and 5 year old. Rooms are well kept. Safe area, shopping mall with food court is close. ALL hotel staff is pleasant and courteous. Historic sites are an Uber ride away. Overall great affordable hotel would most certainly stay here again.

Loudest place I ever stayed in Mexico. Full or drunk partyers. You won’t get any sleep here. No appropriate for children.

The initial room I was provided was dirty. There was hair all over the restroom floor and towels. The nightstands had dust accumulated, sign it had not been cleaned in awhile. I called the front desk for a change in rooms, the lady from the front desk gave me attitude and put me on hold for a while. I was given another room. It was cleaner than the first but the pictures online are deceiving and are probably old. I honestly would not recommend the hotel to friends or family.
