Nice hotel , great location friendly staff very comfortable bed and nice room. The only thing is that for my last 2 days thay ran out of flour for pancakes, waffles that i was eating for breakfast every morning while staying there. Would stay again and recommend for family.

While my stay was not entirely unpleasant, there were certainly areas for improvement at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an off-putting smell in my initial room and had to endure a lack of air conditioning during a particularly sweltering summer day/night. Despite multiple requests for repairs, the issue persisted until I expressed a strong intent to leave; only then was I moved to a different room. The new room was satisfactory, though an unexpected challenge arose when only hot water flowed from the faucet. On the bright side, the hotel does offer a modest yet adequate breakfast for an additional cost, though the absence of room service was noted. The beds were comfortable and the overall cleanliness was commendable. The children's pool, while I didn't personally inspect it, seemed somewhat undersized from a distance. In terms of cost, I found the price to be reasonable for what was offered, though the hotel's online photos might paint a slightly rosier picture than reality. Its proximity to the expo was the main draw for me, but there are many other enticing accommodations in the area. While the hotel maintains a decent level of cleanliness and a friendly atmosphere, the initial issues I encountered have unfortunately deterred me from planning a return visit. Although it's a viable place to rest, my first-room experience left a significant mark on my overall impression.
