A security Gard charged me money to have a family friend go upstairs to the room

The property was family friendly, conveniently located and hospitable.

The breakfast buffet and pool were a great amenity for traveling families.

Very friendly staff, the rooms were super clean and had some free beverages Loved the ambiance made me and my family feel very safe

We stayed here for a week as I have family and traveled for a wedding. Because of Expedia we received an upgrade that included a small vip area next to the check in desk that had snacks and beverages. That was very convenient as we came and went and could snack and get some water to continue with our day. Because our rate was all inclusive, we had a stacked fridge with drinks and full water bottles as well as a coffee maker. We had an amazing view of the city and we loved having our morning coffee before starting our day or going down to breakfast. The gym is ok has the essentials and they’re bringing fresh towels constantly. The only thing is the parking as they leave the Uber drivers stay and wait for people as well as route taxis that want to get clients and make the traffic unbearable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the staff made it very comfortable.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was my birthday so I treated myself to a senior suite and WOW, it was worth it. The suite was HUGE and had a living room, bedroom, AND 2 bathrooms. In addition, I had access to the Crown Level lounge which had free drinks and snacks. They also give you free things in the mini fridge and restock it daily. The pool is also fun and they have a dj on weekends. However, it’s important to note that on Saturdays and Sundays, they open the pool to the public by selling them day passes until 7pm. I wouldn’t recommend bringing kids to the pool on weekends as it’s a party atmosphere. While the hotel is not central, it’s close to everything. The area around is safe and walkable. I really enjoyed this hotel and will stay here again.

The pool was a no smoking area and people were smoking. Other than that it was a great family vacation.

Staff went above & beyond to address our needs. We were on our spring break vacation visiting family. We had my 4 year old with us & the deli had ran out of milk but they went to the local convenience store & brought us some. We also needed medication in the middle of the night & they ran to the pharmacy for us. I’m super impressed. I will definitely stay there again. Beautiful hotel, great night entertainment & so much more. Their breakfast was also delicious.

We stayed three nights while visiting family. The room was very big, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It came with club access and a free minibar ( soft drinks and beer). Beds were comfortable. Highlights were excellent breakfast buffet, large pool, nice picture window in the room, excellent efficient and friendly service. In room TV was a user-unfriendly smart TV. Gym was well equipped but a little small for the size of hotel and was busy at times. These are minor points. Fully recommend this hotel for business travelers and tourists visiting Guadalajara.
