The good: Hotel is modern. Well-renovated. Good location with Komtar and City Square. We registered our car and among the staff we met, the security guard was the most helpful and service-oriented staff. During breakfast, one staff saw that I was carrying my plate in one hand and a baby in the other so she helped me carry the plate to my table which I really appreciate. The bad: Room 2902. Room smelled musty. Non-carpeted area of the floor was sticky to walk on. Bathroom was disgusting. First glance, it looked nice. Then I saw the stains and mould and dust and dirt. I felt really “ick” to use it. We stayed in a twin room and one bed smelled of body odour. Bed too firm for my liking. Breakfast was a chaotic mess. We had to find a table ourselves. There were no cutleries on the table and when I went to a counter where I saw cutleries in the drawers, it was only then the staff stopped me from taking cutleries myself, and set our table. To order eggs, you have to write on a paper how you want your eggs done. It states the order will be sent to our table but I might be mistaken. Orders were not sent. We had to collect it from the egg station. Where there was a “pyramid stack” of cooked uncollected egg orders. There was a play area for kids which is such a great idea but it was filthy and I was reluctant to let my daughter play there. Even though breakfast was already paid for, I skipped breakfast the next day and we left at 9am as we couldn’t wait to check out.

The location is excellent as it is next to CIQ and connected to a mall and just next to City Square. Very convenient if travelling with elderly and kids. Room size is comfortable for 3pax and condition of hotel is quite well maintain

Great location inside JBCC and right beside City Square with many restaurants and shopping. Like the family suite that comes with bathtub and separate shower cubicle. Would be great if Nespresso coffee capsule machine is provided for suite room. The infinity pool can be cold due to strong wind at the top of the hotel and the pool is rather dirty, can see debris settling at the bottom. Overall still a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Stayed here on Christmas Eve till boxing day. Very good condition rooms and good location for those coming from the CIQ. Pretty good service too. I made 2 back to back bookings without knowing that they are for different types of room. This meant that I had to check out and wait till late afternoon to check in again. The hotel staff helpfully arranged for me to check into my second room early the next morning and this allowed me and my family to continue with our plans with ease. My only gripe is with the parking. You have to loop round and round to the top floor of the shopping center to get to the hotel. Maybe it is just a bad idea to drive to this particular location.

Book a suite at the top floor, add on for breakfast and dinner, indicated check in after 3pm and check out at noon time. Arrived hotel at around 3.30pm, was told the staff yet to clean the room and need to wait for more than 30mins. We were travelling with two young kids and after a long journey to the hotel, we were really looking forward to the room for rest, and the esperience was nothing like that. After waiting for the front desk to check for the cleaning for around twenty minutes, we were told they need another 10mins to clean the room. We have no choice but to wait at the lobby with kids. First impression of the room was good, as we purposely book a suite at the top floor, so the view is actually nice. Unfornately, the bedroom have a oily scalp smell and we realised it came from the 4 pillows. The odour were extremely disgusting and we were forced to contact the front desk to request for change of pillow at late 11pm. The odour smells as if the pillow has never been cleaned or changed for a long time. After changing the pillow, we painfully found that the bed sheet is odourous too. We were too tired to have it change again. With a premium price paid for a sky suites, this is really disappointing. The dinner is another thing, we were told that the dinner included is actually two course meal for adults and one dish for kids. We were have opt out and go out to eat if we were informed of what the dinner would include. This is sad and disappointing, to say the minimal

We were greeted and served by friendly staff Farhana. Best service ever. The rooms from tv to bed to toilet was tip top clean. To me, breakfast was good but my daughter would expect more especially youngsters. Hope the hotel is able to keep up and stay like this good another next few years as i will definitely be back soon. When checking out, staff Lo (an Indian lady didnt get the name in full) not as friendly as Ms Farhana. She doesnt seem to happy and inviting.

I have booked 3 rooms via 2 separate reservations in hotels.com and with full payment made. I was informed by hotel at around 8am that they had received only on reservation of one room. Took all screenshots of all my bookings and promised to investigate. Went back to hotel to check in at 9pm on the same day and the hotel had not resolved the issue with hotels.com. The hotel required me to explain all over again before getting the 3 rooms for my family of 7 while the issue was pending further investigation. Seek an explanation from hotels.com after the trip. Was promised to a call within 72 hours by virtual agent and was prompted to complete a survey instead. Extremely dissapointed by the follow up from hotels.com

Booked the suite for 5 of us (2 adults, 3 children). Very comfortable. Big toilet with bathtub, dedicated cubicle with shower head and another cubicle with toilet bowl. Clean and newly revamped place. Breakfast spread is decent.
