Cozy for a family. Value for money.

I feel very very comfortable here and cosy. The room and the toilet especially are very clean. Even the rest of my family love this place. We will definitely book this hotel again for our next trip.

Noisy hallways, randomly left us on 6th floor and other half of family on 29th, we booked last minute and then tried to cancel second night wouldn’t consider, construction and noise outside, horrible views, only thing nearby is immigration border crossing. Never again

Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful towards us! Enjoyed my stay here. Located within walking distance to CIQ and City square / JBCC if you don’t mind jay walking for 5mins. Recommend to take grab if travelling with kids.

Have stayed here once for a work trip before, and I thought the rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Hence I booked 2 nights for leisure stay with family in the best room layout. However, we encounter our first disappointments when the remote control for our TVs weren’t working in both our rooms. We called reception to get them to send someone down. (Usually this does not take more than 15 minutes with my experience with other hotels) I waited a whole 45 minutes & no one came over to check. I had to dial in multiple times before someone finally came over. On the second day of my breakfast, a waiter accidentally spilt water on me while he was clearing my plates. He then told me he would get serviettes for me to clean up, but he disappeared into thin air. First booking was good during my work trip, however, second booking was a huge disappointment.

I booked this property based on others reviews. The proximity to ICQ was the key to my selection. The hotel advertised as a 9mins walk from ICQ and some reviews have varies timing. All in all was still 10mins and below. My review is for a family of 5 with 3 young children age 4,5 and 6 of age. My husband and 1 decided to bring 1 luggage for the trip. Things that could be better. - no proper route / pavement to walk to the hotel from ICQ. On a personal level even without having a luggage in hand, to walk with 3 young children is definitely not advisable. It is very dangerous. - A male staff attended the cafe on 29th March could have show more sensitivity and proactive towards my order. Since the meal was for kids consumption. - Requested for a late check out was given additional 30mins grace. I understand from the bellman that i spoke casually the hotel occupancy was on the low since it was a weekday. I requested a late check out for 1pm and was told it will be chargeable. So i stick to the complimentary check out at 12.30pm Things that we appreciate: - Sahur is available during Ramadhan - Shuttle bus - Room size is very ideal for my family 38sqm - Toiletries is lovely

A memorable stay for the whole family.

Spaceous room with King bed and able to add additonal bed for a family of 3 pax. Convinent yet quiet environment.
