An excellent stay after a previous night stay in an AirBnB. Checkin staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Very efficient too as there was a tour group right before us. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a sofa bed in the living room which added more bed options for the family. Water pressure was excellent. Things to improve: (1) Breakfast food quality was average at best with many items running out and needed reminders from the guests to top up. There was a lack of manpower too and I realised they activated untrained part-timers later on to help out with the situation. (2) Carpark entrance was behind the hotel but was safe and brightly lit.

So far the experience is pleasant although my family had only a night stay here. We feel very relaxed and the room is neat and clean with pleasant smell which is the area we are always looking out when selecting a place to stay while on vacation

friendly staffs and accommodating. the carpet have a damp smell and toilet drainage have a sewerage back flow smell. acceptable for a night stay for a family.

Everything was great. Clean rooms, check in was smooth. Good location but just abit difficult to find the carpark entrance as the entrance is from the back of the building . The only thing we didn’t like was the food selection of the breakfast in the hotel. It was pretty limited for kids, the main course was spicy chicken and my son couldn’t take it . No other protein selection. There were no sausages / pancakes or waffles for the kids. Should also offer some yoghurt.

Fuss free and quick check in. Nice and clean basic room, suitable for family or group of 4. Nothing arounf the hotel but inexpensive and easy to grab around.

Staff & service is awesome. Hotel is pretty clean. Totally no cigarette smoke stench which is a major plus for my family with sensitive noses. Sheets are also clean. Buffet breakfast was mediocre though. A couple of electrical wall sockets were not working in our suite. But overall an excellent stay. There is complimentary shuttle service plying from Hotel to Komtar / Holiday Inn at Komtar. But only at certain timing which one needs to arrange with hotel.

Thin walls. New but dirty toilet floor grouts. Tv not work well and not alot of choices to watch. Placed next to a very noisy family who disrupted my sleep from 12am -2am. Finally shifted to another room. I got downgraded from suite to a standard room just to sleep. I dont recommend to couples who prefer peace and quiet
