No Indian food on the menu for dining ir breakfast which was very sad We expected Indian food because we are Indian family

Within walking distance from CIQ. However, i was directed wrongly when i was so near to getting to it, and had to walk the long about way to get to the lobby entrance. In fact it could be reached via the zenith lifestyle building directly opposite JBCC Komtar building. Loved the facilities and property conditon. Check in was a breeze and Yahzid made it a pleasant experience. Had a quiet swim, a quick workout at the gym the next morning which was adequately equipped. The hotel was also next door to 2 plasant cafes one of which is Principle Cafe by T.A.M. Opposite the hotel is a food court area which featured lots of local food. Room wise was spacious, and was given a room on 16th floor. Ok city view as it looked directly opposite the condo next door but also a partial city view where the might view was pleasant. Only quibble it was hard to control the temperature of the shower...it kept giving me very hot water despite adjustments. Didn't get to try the spa or head to the library. The hotel even has a play area room for the children. Didn't get to try the F&B.

Masks in the hotel room left behind by guest. Level 9 rooms overlook the pool on Level 8. Dirty awning Sunday breakfast comes with jazz good band just a little early Just woke up need peace and we need to talk to family on the days adventures- what’s with the volume

My family loved this hotel ever since pre covid time and still enjoy staying there!! Cleanliness and service maintained! The breakfast has good spread and it was nice to have live music over breakfast. Good job Amari!!

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night with my family. The location is perfect ( on the opposite side of two shopping malls). Easy to connect to the check point of Singapore. The room is big and clean. The most important thing is the beds are super comfortable! Swimming pool and gym are nice. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Staying here means you can enjoy the time in JB for sure. Highly recommended for everyone!

Hotel staff were lovely. Room and facilities were very comfortable for my husband, baby, and me. Great location too. Would definitely stay again!

It was amazing trip..my family love it

I stayed w 2 kids for 3 days and it was excellent. Love e room, the pool, the gym. And its kinda cool when i saw tt there was a room for guests for entertainment while waiting for our room. The pool table was a gr8 one esp for kids cz they knew the diff of playing the real pool table instead of the mobile game. 😄 Overall, kudos to Amari and everyone involve in the service. U guys are amazing. Will definitely go there again as theres so much more to explore in JB.

Not my first time here as I have always love the location. Malls n cafe nearby. Tried the hotel spa. Clean and good service too. Good place for getaway as u get to shop, eat, massage without taking transport as all near by. Only thing is this area has no children recreation or play ground area. And Hotels.com listed rollaway bed as free but actually it’s not. It is chargeable around RM 90. So quite misleading detail listed.

A wonderful and relaxing staycay with the family. Staffs were very accommodating and pleasant throughout. Kudos to Amari!!
