It's a perfect accommodation after a long haul. We loved that there was a Lawson convenient store on the lobby floor which the kids loved!

Amazing service. Facilities are a little old, but clean and comprehensive. Very cosy for family stay. Breakfast buffet was great for the price!

Nikko Narita is an excellent hotel, and probably is the best hotel we stay at anywhere in the world, and is my personal favorite. That is because the staff and their quality of service is top notch. They have free shuttle to and from Narita terminals which are on time and very speedy, it only takes maybe 15 mins from airport to hotel. The breakfast buffet here is amazing with delicious food. The Aeon mall is maybe 15 mins on a taxi and you can buy many things there and it has grocery as well. If you have kids there is a big playground about 20 mins with taxi, the one with a river.

We stayed at the Japanese traditional room with 2 small children (4 & 6) and three adults. We only got 4 futon to sleep on. We requested to have another futon since we reserved the room for 5 people. They did not have an extra one. We had to squeeze together to sleep so my little one won’t be off on the floor. Very disappointed. We also dined at the buffet style restaurant, which happened to be over 20000 yen. For the price of the food, quality, taste, variety, and the looks could be improved. The place we stayed prior night had a better selection and tasted much fresher. The breakfast looked like the leftover from the dinner. Someone who knows how the food should be served and presented should monitor the quality of the food.

No frills, but super clean, easily accommodates a family of four, great dining options - both variety and price; multilingual staff; taxis readily available and Narita airport is just a few minutes away.

It was wonderful. Went for my birthday with the family. They wished me happy birthday...the room was clean and fresh smelling. The did deliver on offering Japanese style room. My family were surprised because i did not let them know. We all slept very well actually wh8ch surprised us all. Only thing i wished we had was an iron or a steamer, but it wasnt a big deal. Staff were super nice, answered our questions and pointed us to nice places to visist and easy transportation. We had breakfast every morning before heading out. Quite a bit of choices to choose from which we all loved, especially aince we had children with us. Would love to visit them again some time.

My family & I love the place, the people & the food! It was our first time to visited Japan and everything was fabulous & beautiful. Next year we will definitely visit Japan again. But this time we will go back in April as I really love to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom.

Nothing unique i experience more better in other hotel services was bad, make it worst we complain about the aircond nothing was done the whole night my family canot sleep because of the heater
