Overall a good hotel that provides a shuttle to/from the airport, the train station and the mall. Their staff speak multiple languages, I believe. There is a conbini on the first floor, which is great. I had asked them to move two beds together against a wall so our small kids wouldnt fall off while asleep but they could not accommodate our request.

The hotel is older property. The rooms is very small and the bed is hard. The hotel looks nice outside but the rooms are run down. It is like days inn property. There is a convenience store downstairs which closes at 11:00 pm and a 24 hours family mart outside, around the corner. They have a receptionist that speak descent English. There is a free shuttle pickup from terminal 1 but it is an hourly pick while other hotels are every 30 minutes.. one night stay from a cancelled flight was ok , shuttle back to airport to terminal 3 leaves 5:10 on the dot and nothing thereafter
