Hotel Mystays Premier Narita

We like Hotel Mystay Narita, we stayed here 3 times before. Hotel has a beautiful sightseeing, Koi pond, Airport shuttle and downtown shuttle are very convenient, room is clean and our double beds room was not too small, front desk was friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast was ok. The family store has everything you need. The only thing was the cigarette smell from the isle to the room minus one star from 5 stars. They need to change the carpet. We will stay here when we visit Japan again

I stayed 1 night here due to extended flight time. First room we were given at first looked ok so we settle down Went to get some food once we try to take a little nap that’s when we noticed sheets didn’t look clean and found someone else’s toe nails on the carpet I don’t think they vacuum the carpet at all. we went to receptionist to complain and they changed to different room. Due to time difference we woke up around 2 am went out for fresh air. Trying to get in to our room. Our room key didn’t work. Trying several time. Went to receptionist again. He came up with us. He said battery is out can’t use our room key at all and we have to wait until 8 am for someone to fix it. We wanted to explore area outside but one of us had to babysit the room since someone had to be inside to open the door. This was so upsetting experience. I was told by receptionist that management here didn’t even offer any kind of compensation. Do not stay here. Every thing is so old. I guess you get what you pay for. It’s dirty fixtures full of dust. Wow. Never again will I stay at this hotel. BAD BAD EXPERIENCE

The reception and main areas of the hotel were beautiful but our room and bathroom wasn’t cleaned to a high standard- the bed head shelves were very dusty & the bathroom walls had some dirty flecks. It was a very convenient location with an excellent shuttle bus service to/from the airport but it was disappointing that the limited pool opening hours weren’t printed on the leaflet we were given at check in. We promised our kids a morning swim before we would need to check out but the pool wasn’t going to be open until 3pm. Overall a good stay for a good price.

Right from the start everything was easy. The shuttle at the airport was fast to find and took us right there. Check in was super fast. Having a family Mart convenience store in the lobby was amazing. Honestly honestly, it was part of why we chose this hotel. We knew jet leg would be hard. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had breakfast at the hotel. We only stayed one night, but I would recommend this hotel. We walked to a beautiful peaceful temple. The grounds were gorgeous and so worth the rainy walk.

Very easy to transfer from Narita Airport. As a family of 5, was good to be able to stay in one room together.

There were a lot of school kids and it seems that they played with the fire alarm around at 1:30am. The announcement was made but the alarm kept on and off. I went down stairs using the emergency stairs but the door to the first floor was locked. I went back to the second floor and used the elevator to go to the ground floor. Stayed outside about 20 min. till the staff came to tell it was safe.

Hotel was good. Convenient to airport. The shuttle service was great for airport and had another one with 2 stops to a touristy area and a mall. The hotel family Mart downstairs which was great for snacks and a few souvenirs. We wanted dinner and the restaraunt menu wasn’t very appealing. So decided to take shuttle and eat out. The lobby was nice the room Was clean but later noticed a lot of stains on the carpets. All in all great location and good hotel for the night before our flight.

Offers shuttle to and from Narita Train station. Also to and from Narita airport which is great especially with luggage and a group of 5. Beds were nice. Room was nice and dark. Area was spacious. Also had a Family Mart in lobby area open 24 hours for food. Indoor pool was closed due to wind damage which is something my wife and kids were looking forward to using.
