Hotel Mystays Premier Narita

We like Hotel Mystay Narita, we stayed here 3 times before. Hotel has a beautiful sightseeing, Koi pond, Airport shuttle and downtown shuttle are very convenient, room is clean and our double beds room was not too small, front desk was friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast was ok. The family store has everything you need. The only thing was the cigarette smell from the isle to the room minus one star from 5 stars. They need to change the carpet. We will stay here when we visit Japan again

Got an amazing experience at check in where I did not need to ask questions but all the useful information were timely provided. The staff (male) was super helpful and made the check in seamless. The room were spacious and I could open 4 big luggages as well as 4 small one. Our room was a triple room for 2A 2C . The bed were really comfortable and could fit 1A 1C or 2C and pillows were fluffy with good support which will give you a good night sleep. Love that free shuttle is provided for Aeon mall and Narita airport which made any transfer easy. Breakfast buffet was definetly a hit with a good amount of choice. Pool was a bit run down and towels are 110¥ but it was great to have one where the kids can just play and enjoy. 24h family mart near reception that offer large food option but also souvenirs is definetly great to have within the premises. The convenience of having all our luggage delivered prior to our arrival was also great. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and will definetly stop by again in our future travel s it was convenient with all the necessary amenities. We highly recommend this stopover to families with young children like us.

I stayed 1 night here due to extended flight time. First room we were given at first looked ok so we settle down Went to get some food once we try to take a little nap that’s when we noticed sheets didn’t look clean and found someone else’s toe nails on the carpet I don’t think they vacuum the carpet at all. we went to receptionist to complain and they changed to different room. Due to time difference we woke up around 2 am went out for fresh air. Trying to get in to our room. Our room key didn’t work. Trying several time. Went to receptionist again. He came up with us. He said battery is out can’t use our room key at all and we have to wait until 8 am for someone to fix it. We wanted to explore area outside but one of us had to babysit the room since someone had to be inside to open the door. This was so upsetting experience. I was told by receptionist that management here didn’t even offer any kind of compensation. Do not stay here. Every thing is so old. I guess you get what you pay for. It’s dirty fixtures full of dust. Wow. Never again will I stay at this hotel. BAD BAD EXPERIENCE

I liked the fact they had good laundry facilities and a family mart/7-11 type store.

Very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the family mart was a good place to try the snacks for the last time before leaving Japan.

This property was nice Especially they provided bus transport to airport n also to train station n the nearby mall . You can tour a walkable town nearby to shop eat street food n see shrine. Overall the hotel was convenient n transport was great there’s a buffet restaurant on site which we got daily free buffet with our stay for breakfast. The downside was the air conditioning we like our room cold n we didn’t get a room that had great air system other than that we had a nice time here n Also u can do ur self laundry n they have a family mart 24 hrs on site . I would recommend this place

We are family of 5 and this hotel was super comfortable, clean, quiet. The personal was really nice. They offer a free airport and mall shuttle. Hi recommend.

The reception and main areas of the hotel were beautiful but our room and bathroom wasn’t cleaned to a high standard- the bed head shelves were very dusty & the bathroom walls had some dirty flecks. It was a very convenient location with an excellent shuttle bus service to/from the airport but it was disappointing that the limited pool opening hours weren’t printed on the leaflet we were given at check in. We promised our kids a morning swim before we would need to check out but the pool wasn’t going to be open until 3pm. Overall a good stay for a good price.

A nice and comfortable hotel plus the bus options were great! My family loved the options available to explore!
