Stayed here with my family overnight before our flight out of Narita. The room was nice and clean, beds were comfy. We got in after 10pm, and they had in-room dining available until 12am. We were thankful for the convenience, and the food was good. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

We stayed here en-route USA and stayed at Narita to break the long journey - 2 adults, 2 kids under-5 yrs. Hotel has a shuttle service to town and airport. There is enough to do if you have a night layover or even if you need to fill up the day - there's a temple close by and lovely streets to walk down near it! Hotel room was very spacious and had very comfortable beds. Very clean, coffee-tea making facilities, even a humidifier! Food was great too.

My stay was 2 nights before travelling on to Okinawa to visit family. Close proximity to the airport and the Hilton name made this my first choice of hotels in Narita. Good food, nice ambience, all the staff very pleasant and helpful. My only negative comment would be that the staff did not know that JetStar now flies out of Terminal 3. While I went to Terminal 2 I found that it was very easy to get the bus to go back to Terminal 3. However, that might not be the case if you were travelling with a family. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Very nice hotel in the Hilton family. Would definitely consider staying here again. They offer massages in room or at their facility. Laundry services are also available. They have a convenience store in the lobby for quick snacks. The breakfast they offer here is amazing and delicious. By far one of my best hotel experiences. Only downside is it's far from Tokyo and the train lines don't run all night.
