This a great hotel just adjacent to the Ponte Vecchio. All of Firenze's greatest attractions are in easy walking distance, and we walked to them all. The staff is very friendly and helped me print tickets for our tours and provided clear walking directions. The breakfast was great, with a stunning view. The room was great for our family with a private area for everyone. I would highly recommend.

The good: - We booked a junior suite and found it reasonably spacious, definitely much more spacious than the Venice hotel we stayed in previously. - The location is excellent. There wasn't much noise at night time and we were able to sleep well. - AC was working well, which was very important given how hot Italy was when we visited. - The breakfast was very good. - Staff was very helpful. The bad: - The room felt old and the floor boards and the bed were creaky. - The bathroom tub drained very slowly, which was annoying. In general, showering in the tub was not very convenient with water going everywhere. My guess is that similarly priced hotels in Florence city centre will all have some small issues.
