We stayed in this Hotel for our Honeymoon twenty one years ago. Now we went our three kids (20, 17 and 11). We had a wonderful stay. The location is superb. However if you plan to arrive by car, call ahead because it's super tricky and most Italian cities have controlled access to the city centers by motorcar....

My wife and I stayed in the Gallery Hotel on a business trip for 5 nights, along with our 1yr old baby girl. First impressions we great thanks to the fantastically friendly doorman (Salvatore) and Paolo on the front desk, who gave us a surprise upgrade. Our room was very clean, quiet and stylish and aside from a malfunctioning aircon on the first night we could not have been more pleased. The downstairs bar and restaurant was ideal for entertaining guests and holding small, more informal business meetings. The staff were pleasant with welcoming smiles. We have many more business trips planned for Florence in the near future and we intend to make the Gallery Hotel our choice of residence. Grazie mille!
